Their spicy chicken sandwich sauce is almost white. I asked them did I order the spicy? Everyone looked at me like I had 3 eyes. 3 different ppl asking each other; did they put ghost pepper ?
After clearing up that I did want spicy chicken sandwich … they all started saying that what I’m eating has spicy sauce …. And their all acting flabbergasted that my sandwich is not spicy .
Assistant manager present at the moment . Did not offer any type of suggestion try to fix my sand which !

There were tables available but garbage / spilled drinks all over . I had to ask and employee to clean on off for me. He was very sweet and didn’t even get an attitude, Says he works at 3 different locations !

The flour was like smashy, kind of watery and yuck I had to throw it. I used to buy weekly 2-3 times and after yday experience I am going to stop
He then dug through my food bag looking for the sauce with his bare hands after handling cash, which is unsafe and unsanitary. When I told him to stop, he brushed it off and walked away, saying, “Oh well, your food wasn’t touched.” To make matters worse, when I got home my Ghost Pepper Rub wings had no seasoning at all which was also advertised and I didn’t get it.
I went back to request a refund after my order was wrong and the experience was horrible, the manager refused, saying it had to be done online. Since he wouldn’t issue a refund, I asked for my correct order, not the wrong one they had given me. Instead of preparing a new order, he tried to sprinkle spice rub on the food I had already returned and continued to give me attitude—unprofessional and disgusting. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and acted like he didn’t care about how he was treating a customer who just paid for their food.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hope corporate addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way. Always check your food and make sure it’s correct and what you ordered as you’re paying.
If you encounter a problem here, I recommend recording the situation and reporting it to corporate.
