Order was completely wrong. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder (cheese & ketchup only), 6-piece nuggets with sweet & sour, fries, cookies, and a Coke.
I only received two large fries, the cookies, and the drink.
None of the main items were in the bag.
I tried calling the store but it went straight to voicemail. This isn’t a small mistake, the majority of the order was missing.
I’m not here to bash anyone, but this needs to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t pay full price and receive half an order. Please tighten up quality control and double-check orders before sending them out to Uber eats.

The service received at this establishment was demonstrably substandard. Despite the restaurant being devoid of other patrons during our visit at 2:30 PM, the staff appeared disorganized and demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Our order, consisting of three Happy Meals, a twenty-piece chicken nugget, and four chicken strips, was met with confusion and rudeness from the staff.
Furthermore, the restaurant’s cleanliness was significantly lacking. The dining area was littered with debris, including food items, and the restroom facilities were poorly maintained, posing potential health and safety concerns. These conditions appear to be in violation of established city and state codes.
Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant. Alternative dining options, such as Wendy’s or Jimmy John’s, are suggested.

rude customer service, the food was made in a messy environment considering we had biscuit crumbs on our mcgriddle (neither me or my husband got biscuit anything..) the establishment itself is just doing horrible. we said thank you to the lady for bringing us our food. even though we only got two things, we had to pull up and she couldn’t even say ur welcome…? so didn’t even eat our food or drink our drinks and just threw it away and went to wendy’s, which was great or maybe mcdonald’s set the bar so low that wendy’s was a 5 star either way don’t go here. not pitching a fit about throwing the food away because clearly the establishment needs the money.

We went through the drive thru and were told to pull up and we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for a food. I eventually had to go inside to see what was going on. They forgot to even cook 2 of our sandwiches which is why we sat there for so long. We finally got our food and parked to eat and one of the buns on the chicken sandwich wasn’t even edible because it was rock hard. Then 2 of our other hamburgers weren’t even what we ordered. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible everything all the way around. I’ve honestly never experienced a place as bad as this.

I did a door dash with them they didn’t get the pies right. After I got off work went there with the family. The floors were oily told the manager at the time and he didn’t get them mopped my husband fell and the food took forever. The night crew was back there just talking not about work either… Will not be coming back or ordering from them

This particular morning the line at McDonald’s was extremely long and it seemed as if no one was going to answer the speaker. So as I get to the window to complete my order the cashier tells me they are shorthanded and asked for my forgiveness and said that she was sorry. I responded I understand. But even after speaking with her when I got to the window to get my food as always and I tell this to everyone no matter how long the line is behind you no matter how much you feel that you need to pull up and move out of the way please check your bag please make sure you have everything that you have paid for in your bag. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle combo did not get the hash brown. But like I said please check your bag before you leave the window

I could understand if the staff was busy. I could understand if any amount of customers other than me were present. But I’m literally the only customer in line in the drive through and the dining room is closed. I’m sitting here at the pick up window for over 10 minutes and no one has acknowledged me. It was a mobile order that was placed 15 minutes before I arrived and I’ve been here long enough to take a picture of a very rude employee who is posted up on the drive thru window staring at their phone, and type this review.

I got there at night, but it was long before closing. I went to the drive-thru because that’s all that was open. I sat at the drive-thru for about 3 minutes no one would come I pulled around to the window no one was there I drove past and I saw the employees sitting inside at the tables talking with each other. Apparently they’d rather sit and have a conversation then take a paying customer’s order! So no I cannot give this anything more than one star. It’s utterly ridiculous the lack of service you get these days! I left I went next door to Wendy’s got my dinner, I sat in the parking lot and ate my dinner before going home. By the time I was done apparently next door at McDonald’s they were done with their meeting and they had started taking orders at the drive-thru again. So it’s not like I got there too late and they were closed.

The drive thru takes way too long, they constantly switch out on licking both doors with no notice, and I witnessed the lady at the drive thru pausing taking orders to have a personal conversation. This McDonald’s is the worst in Tifton. Highly recommend the trip to one of the other 2 or head down the road to Burger King

Today’s visit WILL be my last. A door dash driver was waiting on an order but didn’t identify himself because he is a regular and assumed they knew who he was. After sitting for several minutes (he came in after I was already there and we left at the same time – I saw the entirety of his visit) he went to the counter and complained that they had bagged the order without announcing that it was ready. These and other details that followed are debatable as to who was in the wrong or should have at least proceeded differently. What isn’t debatable is how absolutely nasty the McDonald’s employee was to him and in front of other customers. I don’t know the back story between him or other door dash drivers and this restaurant, but it is NEVER acceptable to be absolutely nasty with people where you work. PERIOD. I have had hits and misses with this location and given them the benefit of the doubt lately, but this ends my visits to the store.
Not to mention how long I waited for one order of large fries.
