Tony Roma’s — the world-famous “Place for Ribs” since 1972!!
These Baby Back Ribs are insane — tender, smoky, and fall-off-the-bone good! Weekday Special (Tues–Fri): Half Slab + Fries + Coleslaw for just $19.99!! Such a steal!
Start with their crispy Onion Loaf, grab some fluffy, soft bread (upon request) then dig into the 12 oz Sizzling Ribeye with grilled onions, portobello mushrooms, a baked potato and asparagus. The steak could have been cooked better, a little too rare. Their Steakhouse Burger that comes with bacon and fries.
Don’t skip dessert — the Colossal Cheesecake with strawberry sauce is a MUST!
Steps from Downtown Disney — perfect for a pre- or post-park feast!! It can get quite noisy.
The good first. The potato soup was phenomenal. Truly the best thing I ate all day and honestly worth mentioning on its own. Absolute standout. My husband ordered the chicken Caesar salad and enjoyed it overall, though the dressing was quite watery. The kids meals were a hit. One child had macaroni and cheese, the other spaghetti with marinara, and both were happy.
I ordered the steak medallions cooked medium. Unfortunately they were very unevenly cooked. One was rare, one was well done, and one landed closer to medium well. The outside was nicely charred, but the inconsistency took away from what should have been a highlight dish.
Now for the frustrating part. On Mondays, kids meals are advertised at $2.99 with the purchase of an adult entrée, which is great. However, when the bill came, I noticed each child was charged $4.50 for apple juice. That turned an advertised $2.99 kids meal into $7.49. I assumed it was a mistake, but the server told me drinks are charged separately, even for kids.
That felt misleading and honestly pretty disappointing. If the kids meal price does not include a drink, that should be made very clear upfront.
Overall, some really good food mixed with some avoidable issues. Amazing soup, solid kids options, but uneven cooking and surprise charges took away from the experience. I would consider coming back, but only with clearer expectations next time.
Amazing food and service bit pricey so be sure to save up for it but well worth the price for most items on the menu!
Valet is required to park behind the establishment.
I will say that the inside decor and furniture might need an upgrade soon however it is starting to show its age.
