Pretty much as good as Cici’s gets. Quality remains consistent every visit. Successfully satisfies the pizza crave, a huge win for someone that’s not willing to pay nearly $20 for one box of pizza. Four large boxes of pizza cost nearly $60. That’s a great price for the quality and value you get back. The employees were nice to check up on us too. Thank you.

My friend and I went last week for the special. I honestly wasn’t expecting much because the last time I was there it was just okay. We enjoyed it so much that we’re actually going back again tonight. The food was fresh. The employees were fantastic cleaning the entire time, the restaurant was clean the food was hot and it just kept coming. The manager Mark was just amazing super nice. Coming from restaurant management, I notice a lot more than I want to when I’m out eating. When I tell you I am completely shocked at how well Mark is running that restaurant I mean it. His employees look happy he had a smile on his face and very friendly. Honestly recommend it it was a great time and I cannot wait to take my grandkids to play in the arcade.

This place used to be really good, but unfortunately it went way downhill. The buffet was skimpy and small, there was not even any cheese available on the salad bar. Only one soup available, never any fresh desserts. Just very disappointed. Me and my son and granddaughter ate here every week for years. After going last week. I won’t be back . I’m a believer in giving places a few extra chances but you guys have got to do better. Even witnessed a fight between the manager and the employees over $1,000 being misplaced. Right in the middle of dinner rush! Very embarrassing for the company! I’m a manager myself in customer service, and let me tell you what this was a sight

Out of the other locations in Tulsa, this one has really done a lot to upgrade and be more approachable.
The food is average, but you know what you’re going for here.
It can be a bit rambunctious if there is a birthday going on or lots of kids in their game area, so pick a table accordingly.

We came in as a school 4-H group yesterday and John B. and his team took such good care of us!! The store was clean and well taken care of, everyone was friendly, and the food was so good! Our kids were so excited about the Mac n cheese pizza and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you so much!

The pep who cook the pizza today was so rude one of them even ask me how much I was eat when I only had 3 slices the cinnamon rolls was hard so I ask for some new ones and the manager a lady was like they cooking and walk off I won’t be back here to this one and I had to eat with my old dishes by me cause I could trash them and the waitress kept walking right pass me and taking care of the other tables

For a mid-priced pizza chain, they’re 5 stars. The selection of pizza is superior; the salad bar is lacking on cheese, egg or meat options, but that’s all understandable. It is all-you-can-eat, so that’s a plus. Go on Monday or Tuesday for the $5.99 special that you can find online. Good job, CiCi’s!

Got an e-coupon for $4.99 special and without any second thoughts, drove to cicis.. Theres not much you can talk about flavor and taste because you get it for a low price. But I need to tell about their cinnamon rools and brownies. They r really good!!
