I know that it’s a complete hit or miss when it comes to WHs, but today it was a for this WH location on this day at this time of day. I had actually left another WH before coming to this one as the other had about 15 partially filled plates lined up on the counter in front of the cooks. Took a BIG risk but it paid off. This WH had available seating, was clean (????), service was prompt, AND the food was PERFECT!! I HAD to take a photo. AND, how often do you order at WH and all your food comes at the SAME TIME!!

Came in for a quick breakfast with the family. I must say the food was top notch and the service from Jade was excellent very attentive, great personality made sure our experience was great during our meal. Definitely recommend this location and we’ll be back thanks Jade and to all staff

Food was hot fresh and delicious. Great customer service. Clean dishes and well staffed. Materials stocked and the staff was attentive to all customers entering the restaurant. The cook was lively and the music played added to the great food and atmosphere. Everyone was professional and well dressed in uniform willing to serve and aimed to please. The waitress Lola Bunny checked on us and made sure we had everything to enjoy our meal.

Interesting experience. The young lady attending to our table was fairly attentive. The wait for our food wasn’t long as well. However, the food wasn’t appetizing.
My breakfast plate was decent but the chocolate milk tasted sour. I couldn’t drink it so I opted for water. My husband’s waffle was gooey inside so not completely cooked. He also asked for extra crispy bacon, but that didn’t happen either.
Overall, not the Waffle House experience we’re accustomed to.

I want to share something important, even though it happened a few years ago. I was in a terrifying situation and entered the restaurant with someone who was holding me against my will. The staff immediately recognized something was wrong and didn’t hesitate to act. They helped save my life. They found a way to contact my family and got help to me when I needed it most. I am forever grateful for their quick thinking and compassion. Thank you for everything you did for me.

I sat there waited for 10 minutes to get some service and left. Nobody came to serve out of 6 staff members, everybody was busy behind the counter chit chatting and talking loud even the restaurant was not that busy they did not feel like attending to any customers.. I’m not sure how one restaurant can stay in business with employees like these.

I got there at shift change which is normal for me. It took a minute to get someone to take my order but it wasn’t to bad. I know that my server was new so gave him as much grace as I could.

I welcomed myself back to Georgia by making this my FIRST stop before venturing anywhere else. Simply put, the food satisfies your appetite at a low cost. I wish this chain of restaurant had locations internationally, not just some in some of the United States.❤️
