I can’t say enough things about this place. It is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. The food, drinks, and service are always top notch. They have an awesome patio on the roof that you can sit on when it’s nice. And the inside is warm and cozy. The prickly pear Margarita is my favorite drink and the green chili mac and cheese with brisket is my favorite meal. Even though it’s an appetizer, it’s enough for a meal.

Fun find! Great smokes foods and a nice beer selection. Fun craft cocktails. Like an old speakeasy. We had the Maaa! Meatloaf and the Shepherd’s pie. Delicious. The pie was a bit spicy, but good ! We will come back to try their Sunday Chicken Dinner.

The food was delicious when we finally got it after waiting an hour and half. Don’t come here on a Sunday evening, they were out of everything! Because we had made a 45 minute drive to try this place, we chose to wait it out for brisket and meatloaf to be done. We loved the atmosphere upstairs on the rooftop patio, and Jake was a fantastic server! Unfortunately there were too many bugs after the sun went down, so we moved down into the restaurant where the service wasn’t great.
We got the green chile mac and cheese with brisket on top and the meatloaf – pictures don’t do justice, the light inside the restaurant was very dim

It was night time, and we sat on top roof, lights went out! Waiter was awesome manager was a bit odd,he didn’t mind me standing to eat my plate as he tried to dig out the lighting plugs In the seats. Didn’t try and comp anything quite rude, maybe over worked tired. The place was beautiful, very pricey for the dry chicken salad I ordered, had to request extra dressing so I could swallow my food. Ordered a flight of mead, not that impressed. Took some awesome pictures of the stormy night!

Lovecraft rocks my world! My wife took me as a surprise for our anniversary, and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. New Mexican food holds a special place in my heart, and I was not disappointed by the selection! We ended up getting poutine (for my fellow Canadians: not authentic by any means – the gravy is white, not brown – but very very good anyway!), my wife had prime rib quesadillas, and I had the green chile burrito. Everything is green chile in some way, which brought me so much joy. I couldn’t finish my dinner but brought the burrito home, and somehow it’s just as good heated up the next day for lunch (as I write this)! The staff was lovely, including (I believe) the owner – great service, kind employees, and it felt like a very welcoming and respectful place. I’m not huge into beer but had the most fantastic blueberry cider (!), and my wife loved the strawberry basil beer they had on tap. The desserts were also to die for – cheesecake isn’t usually my thing, but they had a goat cheese cheesecake and I had to get some! Spoiler alert: it was awesome. Prices were super reasonable as well, our entrées were in the $20-30 range, and a 12oz of the blueberry cider was $12! I didn’t get anything from their plant based menu, but it exists and looks awesome. Ambiance was also fantastic, lots of cool chandeliers and velvet curtains. This place really does seem to have it all. We will be coming back again and again!!!

We’ve eaten here twice now and will definitely be going back. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is truly incredible, and the service is too notch. Everything we’ve ordered has been outstanding. I personally can’t stop craving their smoked prime rib quesadilla!
There is an absolutely stunning rooftop eating area that we have not been able to try yet because it had been 110 degrees plus since we first visited, but you can bet we’ll be up there once the weather cools down. The inside dining room is softly lit and comfortable, evoking the vibe of a speakeasy. There is a full bar and their rosemary goat cheese cheesecake is one of the best desserts I’ve ever enjoyed.
High recommend on Lovecraft!

Super cool vibe! Very speakeasy-adjacent with moody lighting, deep rich colors, and music chill enough that I didn’t have to shout my order like I was at a tractor pull. We grabbed a drink at the downstairs bar first, then headed up to the rooftop patio, which is gorgeous. Tons of shade, perfect weather, and just a great spot.
Trevor was our server, funny, friendly, and totally on it without hovering. His recommendations were spot on, and he somehow convinced us we now need to come back for Fried Chicken Sunday. Service in general was great; everyone was helpful and actually present.
Apply Ever After: basically a very grown-up apple cider. Even my husband, who can detect a thimble of whiskey in a gallon of water, said it wasn’t harsh or whiskey-forward, which feels scientifically impossible but here we are.
Prickly Pear Margarita: light, sweet, and not overly limey. Don’t get the salted rim unless you’re craving a full-on salt lick experience.
The Other Daiquiri: fruity, sweet, and gives big “New Orleans, third hurricane, questionable decisions pending” energy. Loved it.
Cup Green Chile Stew: okay. Stop everything. This is green chile brisket and pork. Never seen that before, and now I want it everywhere. Yeah, it’s a little pricey, but it’s basically a bowl of incredibly tender meat bathing in glorious seasoned grease. Intense, meaty, spicy perfection. Tortillas come out warm and pliable like they’re auditioning for a tortilla calendar. This is a 12/10 must-order situation. I’d come back for this alone.
North Carolina BBQ Sandwich: pulled pork, vinegar slaw, vinegar sauce. Flavor was solid and the sauce had the perfect tang, but the bun desperately needed a toast because it fell apart like it just wasn’t emotionally prepared for this sandwich. Queso fries were exactly what you’d expect: frozen fries and queso politely coexisting.
Pozole: deep red, rich, and just the right amount of greasy, the kind of comforting greasy that fixes you from the inside out. Hominy still had bite, broth was flavorful. No notes.
Overall, this place hits the vibe, the service, and the food. A couple tiny misses but nothing even close to a dealbreaker. Between the cocktails, the rooftop, and that absolutely ridiculous green chile stew, this spot is officially going into our regular rotation. If you’re on the fence, just go, you’ll be glad you did.

First time going here the other day. We walked in right at 3 o’clock, so we got very quick service in a super cool atmosphere. We sat at the bar and had happy hour margaritas which were delicious because they’re not too sweet and they’re not too sour. We had the queso and chips which was awesome and the stacked green chili chicken enchiladas amazing. We took home a bottle of green salsa and a bottle of red salsa and I am standing in my kitchen eating them with chips for breakfast as we speak. Highly recommend this establishment really cool New Mexican Vibe and food. Came back on Sunday and got fried chicken and green Chile Mac. OMG. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Awesome atmosphere! We stopped in for an app and a drink the smell at the door was amazing and made my mouth water for that smokey flavor. We got the Nachos and the chips were super light and airy and although I prefer my cheese melted onto the chips the queso was awesome.

We came in for happy hour on a Friday evening and had passed this place a million times on the road but never came in until now. We sat on the rooftop, the staff was very friendly and quick. We ordered the green chili Mac and cheese, the prime rib quesadilla and green chili Cornbread. Everything was very good especially the Mac and Cornbread. The atmosphere was very cool we will be coming back again soon!
