Super pleased with this location, the service is always swift and accurate. The ladies upfront are always welcoming and pleasant. I love placing online orders especially, when they’re ready when I arrive. I placed two online orders separately and both were ready once I arrived. I was also able to order more food at the counter and that order came out under 2 mins. Extremely pleased!

The service was great at the counter. The cashier was very knowledgeable of the menu. The chicken biscuit was good. The grits had lumps in them and was not tasty. The restaurant was very clean they had charging stations for your phone. That was very impressive.

Just ordered the “bbq pulled pork Frisco” burger.
The employee Jaylah didn’t even want to speak. Stood there door a few minutes while she decided if she wanted to serve me or not. I was the only customer inside. When she finally decided to say anything, I ordered the burger. When it was done, I said “thank you” to her back as she mumbled a “mmhmm”.
I get home and the burger has a squirt of sauce, a finger-size amount of pork and that was it. Definitely not even close to what is advertised. I took a picture of how far off this burger is from what is advertised.

Manager on duty was very nice and attentive. Staff was pleasant and respectful. It was a slow night so atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I didn’t care for the food much, but you get what you pay for and I only paid $6.58 for a small tender wrap, burger, fries, and a drink. The menu looks great though, I’m sure if was willing to spend more I would’ve enjoyed it more but I wasn’t hungry. The wrap and soda alone were enough. I look forward to trying their breakfast.

It is Sunday, January 11 and I have breakfast at one of Your location is at Fairfield Road. I had the pleasure of meeting your newest employee. Her name is Clarence. She was awesome and customer service. She acknowledged me when I came in. She had a beautiful smile. She’s friendly and her whole attitude was just so welcoming. I give her a five star. It was a pleasure to die.

Last time I went here I got food for my birthday and was pulled up. The food was hot and fresh. It was honestly a 10. This time I was pulled up and waited 5 to 8 minutes for my food. Young lady comes out hands me my bags of food. Get home my burger is cold to the touch but the bacon was kinda warm. The cheese and tomato looks like it was sitting on the burger for a while under a warmer. The whole order is disappointing . I did call back and told the manager who ended up talking to someone while talking to me….about someone bringing a dog into the store. I got hung up on during this situation. I called back and the gentleman wanted me to bring the food back. It was too dark for me on that side of town to travel back. He said to come back tomorrow and they would do it over. Nice. Then he added bring the food back with you. At this point I had to make a decision. Well, I was not driving back over there and I had been out all day and was too tired to cook at home which was the reason I stopped to get something to eat. He stayed quiet so I said okay I guess I will have to stomach it and warm it up. My husband and I do not see like we use to at night. I am glad they answered the phone and wanted to fix it over again. I just want them to actually cook my food fresh when they say it is going to be cooked fresh. Do not pull me up at the drive thru and have me waiting for cold food or food that has been sitting under the warmer too long. And oh yes the food was a 3 out of 5 tonight because the fries were not hot and that burger was definitely cold to the touch.
Update: Morning came and I was throwing up. All because they did not cook my food fresh and gave me old food. This is why I changed overall stars to two.

I’m here visiting from Texas and my son’s and I absolutely loved this place. So much that most of our meals have been from here. We tried a variety of menu items and all were great! Everything from order accuracy, product quality, customer service and speed was excellent. If you’re looking for a quick bite and delicious food then I highly recommend this place. I sure wish we had this in Texas!

Stopping here along our drive was an amazing decision. It was so easy to find as we pulled off the highway, had clean clear parking, a welcoming and patient crowd, great service and delicious food. Davion was so informative and helpful I ended up getting exactly what I was craving while stayijg on budget. *(Highly recommend adding egg and gravy to the steak biscuit! Hubby got the bacon grilled cheese and we almost went back for seconds just to let the other try what we had had). Came craving their amazing burger and left with a fully belly and intentions to come back

Ordered a super sausage biscuit but the cashier rung up a super bacon biscuit, They gave me a super bacon biscuit. Mistakes happens, I understand. I took the biscuit back because it wasn’t what I ordered and on top of that the biscuit was hard. I tried to get the right sandwich the GM talking bout I ordered wrong (what) making me feel like I’m some kinda bum or something. Talking bout I’m giving you the biscuit. ( you not giving nothing I paid for this.) very nasty attitude today and coming from the GM!!!

The staff did a great job of preparing our order. I absolutely love their onion rings here. They’re not those pulverized onions shaped into a ring but actual ringlets of onions deep fried in a delicious batter. My wife asked for her burger to be put in a lettuce wrap which they did and looked like something you would get at a high-end restaurant. We were both impressed with the quality of the lettuce. So green. This is one of the reasons why Hardee’s ranks up there in our fast food restaurants stops. Keep up the good work.
