Seen the kitchen nightmares and decided to try it, dont feel its the best in denver one they need to remove that pizza was little burnt no flavor very plain and both had excessive flower still on the crust. Spaghetti and meat ball was little oily. place was empty and looks worn out. restraint on the corner was booming so there is definitely business aroumd just not here for a reason. disappointing was hoping the standard was better kept .

Came here since Pantaleone’s was featured on Hell’s Kitchen. The pizza was absolutely delicious! The new owner Jan is an absolute gem, along with Tomasz! Also, they gave us 2 cannolis on the house! We believe Pantaleone’s truly is the best pizza in Denver, and we hope for them to flourish and continue on with the legacy & success since 1985!

Take my review with a grain of salt, I’m just one person.

Far from the best pizza in Denver. But better than some. Probably won’t go back, it’s a car drive for me and there are two places within a half mile that are significantly better.
Again, it’s not bad, but unless I could walk there id never go back.
Also, it was a little pricey. Got a 14″ pizza with 3 (mostly undercooked veg) toppings and a salad for $45 ! Dressing that came on the side was non-emulsified canola oil and cheap vinegar with some Italian seasoning sprinkled in. Also, your dough recipe is seriously lacking on fat. I’d check your oil ratios. It’s really dry.

Wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but wasn’t very good. Won’t go back on my dime and that’s really the issue here. almost $50 for a medium pizza and a shitty salad?

Good luck pizza pants.

Genuinely one of the greatest pizzas I’ve had in Denver! It was so different from any pizza you’d get anywhere else. The bread/crust was soft and delicious, vegetables were fresh, and even the cheese tasted authentic. The owner will go out of his way to please you no matter how popular the place already is.

I have only tried some of the food here. My friend loves it. I tried some of his food and it was excellent. Im making plans to.go here to get my own food. Assuming its as good as what I tried. Im hoping to find my new favorite pizza place. Being a NY/NJ pizza snob its no easy task.

Once I try it out properly for myself ill give a better review.

We had the pleasure of spending time with the owner and hearing his story — such a genuine and memorable experience. It felt more like hanging out with a friend than a typical restaurant visit. When we got home and tried the pizza, we were blown away. The crust might be the best we’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend this place! We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, cheese pizza, and meatballs—and everything was phenomenal. We went to Panteleone’s because my son wanted to try it after seeing it on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares, and I’m so glad we did. I called ahead to place a pickup order and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pete, who is Greek. He was ecstatic to find out we were Greek too, and we ended up talking for about 30 minutes. Truly a humble and genuine guy.

The pizza lived up to the hype—Denver’s best, just like Pete says. The crust was cooked to perfection with a taste that was just like biting into homemade bread. The toppings were evenly balanced and generous, and the meatballs tasted just like my Greek mother’s recipe. Pete was so happy to speak his native Greek language with us—it made the whole experience even more memorable. I’ll definitely be stopping by to visit Pete again the next time I’m in Denver.

Okay firstly, any prices that you see on Google, add another $10 onto it, that’s more what the real price will be. While of course that was upsetting upon payment, I can love with it as long as the pizza was good right? Unfortunately what I experienced here was some of the WORST pizza I’ve ever received from a formal restaurant. The cheese was such a weird and rubbery texture, the sauce was not at ALL light on it’s oregano and it’s really most of what you’re actually tasting at ALL, and the ranch legitimately looked and tasted spoiled and the consistency match more to that of CREAM CHEESE than ranch! I’ll give them credit and say that the crust was actually pretty good, it was flaky and bready in a way that I love my pizza crust to be, but when you have to eat 90 percent of a slice that tastes like 10 spoiled ingredients all thrown and mixed together, the crust being good hardly saves the experience. Overall a really below average dining experience that only gets worse when looking at the asteroid crater that remains in my wallet after the fact.

This was my second time at Pantaleone’s. The owner greeted us at the door and took our order and got right to work. The pizza was made quickly and it was very fresh. We ordered a small sausage pizza and enjoyed the ratio of the toppings. The crust and dough also had a great texture and deserves its reputation. Overall a very enjoyable experience and I would go again. Very yummy

The owner is sooo kind! We came because my daughter loves kitchen nightmares & hearing him recount stories of the previous owner was so sweet. The pizza was amazing! We also had a calzone & it was delicious! Will be coming back
