We recently visited this restaurant and really enjoyed the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a nice spot for a relaxed meal.
We ordered the shrimp pasta and a simple tomato sauce pasta. The shrimp pasta was delicious and came with a side salad. Unfortunately, the salad was a bit disappointing — it had large, withered lettuce chunks and didn’t feel very fresh.
When ordering the tomato sauce pasta, there was a misunderstanding. We intended to order it without meat, but that wasn’t clearly communicated at first. I asked the waitress if it could be changed, and while she did agree to replace it, she didn’t seem happy about the request. Additionally, the replacement dish still came with a piece of meat on it, which felt careless and, honestly, a bit disrespectful.
Overall, the pasta itself was very tasty and the ambiance was lovely, but the service and attention to detail could definitely be improved.

This Italian restaurant is perfect for a family outing. It is not one of the super fancy ones that you would need a reservation for and take a date for a romantic dinner. Bring the family and plan on being served promptly and professionally. The staff were all great.

I am still on my seafood kick, so I had the Blackend Salmon with Seafood Ravioli for an appetizer. Both were great.
I included photos of some of the other meals my family had. Along with the desserts.

Don’t Be Scared to go in and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

First time here, I ordered chicken tenders, fries, broccoli; spouse ordered hamburger and fries. Fries weren’t exactly cold, but only warm, not hot as they should be. Tenders were hot and tasty. The burger was really good, and the appetizer of soft pretzel with cheese was hot and soft, but the melted cheese had a bit of jalapeño taste, which I personally, did not care for. Service was good, especially since it was s busy Friday night. Atmosphere was quite nice due to a fireplace in dining room. The diet Pepsi was fantastic, not an off brand like some restaurants serve. The portions were very generous. Overall, very nice experience.

My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner before making a nearly two-hour drive back home — and we’re so glad we chose this spot. The restaurant was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere had such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that we instantly felt at ease.

As soon as we sat down, they brought out complimentary bread that was soft on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside — a great start to our meal. We decided to share everything we ordered because we both wanted to try it all, and every bite was worth it.

We started with buffalo wings and mozzarella sticks as appetizers. The wings had the perfect kick, and the mozzarella sticks were golden, crispy, and cheesy in all the right ways.

For our main course, we split the 10oz Ribeye and the Baked Mostaccioli, along with loaded fries and a fresh, crisp salad. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and the portions were more than generous. It was the perfect comfort meal after a long day.

Our server, Mollie, was fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. She really added to the positive experience.

We’ll definitely be dining here again in the near future — and next time, we’re bringing the kids with us. Highly recommend this place if you’re anywhere nearby!

Great freshly made food, welcoming vibe and friendly staff. Their pizza is fantastic as well as the white sauce pasta dishes. The combination salad is our favorite. I’m sure other things are good but we go back for the same meals because we love them. When they are busy it does get loud in the bar area and sometimes the dining room. But the servers are always fantastic.

On the corner of South Lincoln drive and Cherry st, sits an unassuming square building. The inside is decorated a little different and looks dated. The atmosphere at lunch time isn’t intimate or romantic, but don’t let that deter you from going in. The bread was okay, just plain French bread with butter pats. The French onion soup is delicious. Large amounts of tender onions and cheese. I really enjoyed it. I got the baked lasagna and added a small chef salad….the salad was huge. It’s a salad with good quality ingredients, what more can I say. I did make the mistake of asking for blue cheese dressing, they brought me ranch. I should have asked for the house dressing. The lasagna came in a bowl. Im not used to that. The sauce on the lasagna tastes homemade. It’s delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I myself will be coming back to try their Prime rib on Friday and their manicotti and cannelloni. I reccomend giving this place a try next time you come through Troy MO.

I do not live in Troy , MO. But happened to be there waiting for my dog to be groomed at the fabulous Snips salon. I had an hour to wait so I decided to grab a quick lunch nearby. I decided to try Taorminas and I’m so glad I did. The lunch special cajun shrimp pasts that came with a salad and bread was only $10.95. I did not have very high expectations since the price was so reasonable (among a list of some other really good specials on the menu) I decided to try it and it was really good! The bread was nice and warm and the pasta was delicious! I noticed someone had ordered the lunch toasted ravioli and it looked perfect. I can’t wait til I visit again and I will be ordering that for sure.

We came at supper time with a group of 9. They graciously opened another room so we could be seated quickly. Our server was great and the food was amazing!! All of us loved our dishes and there was much passing of plates so everyone could try all the deliciousness. We will definitely come back!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was abysmal. When we were finally seated, our server acted like we were an inconvenience — rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping us. To make matters worse, when our food finally arrived, I found a long strand of hair in my dish. It was absolutely disgusting. This level of disregard for hygiene and basic courtesy is unacceptable. We left without finishing our meals and will never return. There are plenty of better places to eat where you’ll be treated like a human being and not have to worry about finding someone’s hair in your food. Stay far away.

This place has went down hill in a bad way . I would say a cook who doesn’t give much attention to quality was hired . I ordered a beer to start with and the waitress brought it to me with a fly floating in the glass. She acted like it was no big deal . The food was terrible couldn’t even eat it . The fish sandwich was soggy. The pasta was cold and it was just a terrible experience . We will never be back . My wife and daughters and grand daughter would drive over an hour to eat here before this . They even asked us if we wanted a to go box ,lol. I mean nobody touched their food . Common sense is hard to find these days . I told them the food was terrible. I suggest staying away. The parking lot is a joke too. I think they have more tables then parking spots.
