Drive thru was fine, service was good, it’s when we pulled into a parking space to eat is when it went down hill. Enclosed are pics of what our burgers (4 each) looked like. Sad really, MickeyD’s. I’ll have to think hard about going again.

The Wasilla McDonald’s is extremely busy and for a reason It is a pretty darn good McDonald’s! You know what you are signing up for, and if it’s what you want then this McDonald’s is going to please you. Food is hot and ready to order, I highly recommend using their mobile app, the staff are friendly and even if the lines are long they often go pretty quick. Again I recommend using the mobile app to pick up as you can skip the big long lines, I think that it’s one of the better McDonald’s experiences that you can have and it’s right here in Wasilla Alaska.

Spending $30 and having your food missing parts of the meat & thrown together like slop is not acceptable. There are kids working there during the summer & they all seem to be confused as to what is going on. You can tell they don’t like their job. A picture says a thousand words and McDonald’s Wasilla will never get my money again.

I just wanted two sets of the double cheeseburger get 2nd one for $1. The order taker kept trying to upsell me to a meal 3x. I told him I’d talk to him at the window, and instead charged me for 4 cheeseburgers. When I got my food I confirmed and the woman told me no it wasn’t the.order.inwas asking about, and had me pull up to next window. Order came out after, the burgers were so rushed they weren’t properly wrapped – ketchup was all over the bag and my change and my receipt which was all tucked under the burgers rather than handing me my receipt and correct change.

Took almost 30 minutes for a mc crispy and a medium fry. Fries had no salt on them and where cold. Also the mobile app would not work for this restaurant. Save your money and time and go some where better.

They will blatantly ignore you when your in the lobby, had a pick up order saw it was ready and was ignored for 15mins. My food was cold yet sat there the whole time I waited. Not to mention while waiting I witnessed a lady bring her food back that was wrong and she told them she took a bite they took the burger added her missing I

Overall good experience. A bit slow. But to be expected due to the high volume of customers. When I asked for a collectors bucket I was told I have to buy a kids meal. Not just a bucket. Which I find this odd since I just picked up a bucket at a different location. If the company is gonna put limits on things, they really should imply them to all locations. Or post a sign.

Sausage egg mcmuffin – egg was browned, yolk was green. When asked to replace it, they said food quality was not an issue they correct for. If the order is correct, despite the quality of the ingredients, I should move on because they don’t care about the food quality. Literally what I was told by management.

One word “the scene” it was breathtaking! I want you to close your eyes with me for a minute. Imagine this your driving through the amazing scenic backroads of the great state of Alaska and then as you look over the whole state from atop the “mowtininillaskha” and then you realize something… your hungry so you know what to do you go to McDonald’s right next to you it’s beautiful a wonderful experienced overall… it made me cry/diareha
