The food is what it is. We come occasionally. Plenty of parking. Theres a small area for seating. Usually not full. The customer service usually in the back and encorages you to order at the computer sign in the lobby. The drive thru efficient. Not much chit chat at this place. Its all about the app.

They gave me the wrong food order. When I gave it back they put it in a new bag and gave it the person parked. I had opened the food to see if it was my order so that’s not food safe for the person who got it. I showed them the receipt multiple times and 2 different people tried giving me the wrong coffee, coffee they had no idea as to where it was supposed to go to and had been sitting out, you can tell because the cup was leaking. no apology or acknowledgement of the situation only a “Thank you”when the order was completed. Also take the peppermint mocha off the app if you don’t have it in store I was overcharged.

Probably one of the slowest and least efficient locations I’ve been to. It’s near my house so I frequent this location, but they’re awful.
3/5 of my last visits I’ve had to pull forward and wait for a basic cheeseburger. Usually 10 minutes or so. I’ve also received wrong orders several times.

The workers need to be replaced. The food is cold the second you get it The cheese isn’t even melted large fries was 75% full and one of the workers kids is playing loud gun shot noises off his phone in the restaurant. First time here never coming back

Multiple bad experiences but my most recent one is the final straw, won’t return. Waited in line about 15 minutes because apparently they couldn’t figure out taking alternating orders between the two lines, then I pull up to the window and they tell me the order is not ready and to pull into one of the waiting parking spots.
Another 15 minutes later someone comes out and asks if the food they had was for me, confirmed it was my order and then immediately noticed all the food was cold(assuming they forgot about it and it stood on a counter for at least half of that wait.)
I went back through the drive through and asked for my money back, the manager refunded me, in cash which was $2 short of my total order.

Staff was rude and left us standing at the counter for over 20 mins waiting to pay after ordering ar the kiosk. another customer get someone to come over and when they did i was told it would be longer cuz they prioritize the drive thru first.

They had like 10 cars waiting put front for their orders and must have messed up the orders because every single car came back including myself. No idea why they dont keep people in line and hand out each order at a time to avoid issues

Food sucks customer service sucks, wait time is ridiculous, and the parking lot is not built to handle the amount of cars cutting in and out of there between the gas station next door and the rest of the stores. Oh and the fries were garbage.
