We came for the Christmas decorations! We didn’t have a reservation but only had to wait about 15-20 minutes! This was our first time eating at this location and it was good! Homemade ranch was a huge plus! We ordered two kids meals cheeseburger w/fries and chicken fingers w/sweet potato fries, smokehouse burger and CS burger. Food was good! My only complaint is the plates are so small – tried cutting my daughter’s chicken fingers and fries were falling off. What is super nice is they don’t up charge for sweet potatoes it’s just a regular side!! Another plus, our server she was so nice and a sauce girly! Thank you Dee!! We will be back!

We took grandkids for super after their Christmas program. We had a reservation for 6pm, got there early but got seated right away. Reservations are suggested. The saturation of Christmas decorations lives up to the hype. Everyone had fun trying to choose their favorite. The waitress was very good. Checked on us regularly refilled drinks, very friendly. She had to apologize many times as the food took almost 30 minutes to come out. Also we got cheese curds (these are very good) and the guy who brought them didn’t bring us any small plates.
The food was just okay. I had “The Catch” fish sandwich it had plenty of fish but was flavorless. At the table we also had Mac n cheese (very bland and not much cheese) grilled cheese which was okay. A burger, again little to no seasoning or flavor. And a tenderloin (this was thick and juicy) a bowl of chicken gnocchi soup that was too salty to eat and I luv my salt. Over all a fun experience because of holiday atmosphere but will not be in a hurry to go back.

I have tried Central Standard a couple of times.
This time my salad was good but the tenderloin was overcooked and fatty, grissly.
Not a big or varied menu, burgers and sandwiches and salads. Food has always been average.
Takes a while for service. Not a bad experience but not outstanding. Will think hard before returning.

We visited for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The guy who seated us was also our server and he couldn’t have been nicer. We were really impressed with his friendliness right away. Then our food came out quickly and it was all delicious and very generous portions. The sweet potato fries are amazing and their ranch is soooo good!! The highlight was that my husband was in his military uniform and the manager had covered his meal when we got our check. It was so incredibly kind and unexpected and we can’t thank him enough.

Extremely accommodating for dietary restrictions! My husband is gluten and dairy free and he was able to get a burger with a bun and toppings. They even gave him 4 sauces on the side to try. The server was amazing and when he learned that two in our party wanted to split a shake, he gave us two small glasses (for an additional 50 cents). Also an additional charge for using a credit card. They really went above and beyond to accommodate.

Excellent service, and awesome food that’s indulgent. Very big portions .. so maybe you can share between two, especially the milkshake.
The ambiance is that of a brewery.. very large open space.

We dined at Central Standard for my husbands birthday for the first time. We ordered the brisket burger and the chicken BLT and kids meals. Overall food was great, big portions! Also ordered cheese curds 10/10. Will definitely be visiting again! Shout out to our server Jenna who made the experience great

This is one of the best burgers I’ve had in the metro! I got the Fire & Smoke burger, and my friend got the Impossible burger. The flavors on the Fire & Smoke were tangy, creamy, and spicy! Exactly what I wanted! And, the smash patties were cooked perfectly! I also tried my friend’s Impossible burger on Gluten-free bun, and I was surprised at how tasty that was! Drinks were great! Sides were great! Service was spot-on! And, I liked the aesthetics of the restaurant! So glad we came here!

We ordered to go and the food was magical. With to go orders fries and tots need to be re air fried but can’t help that. Tons of solid options and we were happy with what we ordered. The service was great, prompt and exactly on time with estimated time. We will be back to eat in person to try it fresh fresh. Super nice looking building too.

This place is very understaffed…which is unfortunate. Plan to spend 2 hours here if you visit during lunch or dinner times. Like 1/3 of the tables are empty, but there are still 8 parties waiting. Probably wont be back for awhile.
Central standard is a pretty fun place with some good food. Good array of items which I would like to try. Good music and selection of beer. Bar area is nice and they have a good balance of the in the dining area. A bit pricey for the food and you can almost always guarantee a wait during meal hours. But it’s worth it! Had the nachos and our server admitted they are light on the cheese and brought out more!!! That was a great choice!
