I’ve visited this location many times over the years, and most of the staff are usually friendly. But on my last visit, the cashier seemed completely checked out and uninterested in her job. The dining area was empty when I sat down, but then a guy came in with his own BK cup, filled it at the soda machine, and sat right next to me blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker. Definitely not a great experience.

One of the best Burger King’s in the Lehigh Valley area. They have a super kind woman ( Tara) who twin son’s work there as well, and the energy is always laughter and relaxed because of them, not to mention going above and beyond to satisfy customers.

Its a burger king newly renovated. The people working are very nice got the food out quick and fresh. New spongebob meal was definitely better then the Wendy’s one.

Was not good, service was terrible had to wait too long. Person working did not know how to do the job. Did not have milk shakes to serve. Soda fountain was not filled, no lids, no straws, empty. No carry trays either. Person taking the order had no idea what to do or how to ring up meals. Waited forever to take my order hen didn’t know how. Sorrry not first time this happened to me at this location. One other time they didn’t even have whoppers to serve. Don’t know how they stay in business. So sad

Incredible food, staff, & prices! The Whopper is a burger from which legends are made of! This location was remodeled & is worth seeing the interior! Those melts they have are awesome too, a MUST TRY!

Nothing special here. As I coming from Bangladesh, we were frequently visited Burger king in our country. The vibe is missing here though the taste of whooper is very similar. And the size is little bit bigger than our country.

I’ve gone to this location plenty of times over the years. Most of the employees are very nice. Unfortunately on my last visit the cashier really seemed to not care at all about her job, nor the fact that she was at work. Then the dining area was completely empty when I sat down. Some guy walks in off the street with his own BK cup, goes right to the soda machine, fills his cup and then sits right next to me and is playing music loudly on a Bluetooth speaker. Not a good time.

I was there today 8-4-25 at 8:05pm and one thing I have to say is they need to get this place together! I was charged for things I did not even ask for then when I tried to explain to the manager he insisted on arguing with me telling me that I was not charged extra when yet ANOTHER employee came over and clarified that I in fact was being charged extra! The manager then tried to deny it with his own employee. So I asked for a full refund because at that point I was already frustrated trying to explain to this man that my total was not correct! He proceeded to go by the drive through window and start talking about me like if I was not still in the lobby! This place is terrible! The drive through line takes so long just for them to not get your order right and the food cold!! It’s unfortunate that I could not do the review from the back of the receipt because he refused to give me the receipt back!

This place needs more workers. This is what the inside of the store looked like at 7:30 PM on a Thursday. I couldn’t even get all the people waiting in the shot. The drive through was also jammed. While I waited 2 people came in asking to speak with the manager because of the service. You guys can make alot of money if you only have more people working. What a real shame.
