This place knows how to make pizza the right way. The wood-fired crust is absolutely perfect — crispy on the outside with that slight char and soft on the inside. You can taste the difference that wood fire makes.
I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and it did not disappoint. Great flavor, just the right amount of heat, and the chicken was tender and loaded on there. Everything tasted fresh and balanced.
If you’re a pizza fan, especially wood-fired, this spot is definitely worth checking out. I’ll be back for sure.

Brienzo’s Pizza is awesome! The gluten-free crust is surprisingly delicious, and the service is super friendly. The restaurant looks great too, with nice aesthetic touches that make it feel cozy. Definitely worth a visit!

We ordered online. It did not tell us how large the pizzas would be (or at least I didn’t see it), but for 16 bucks I would have thought a 12 inch minimum. 85 bucks later, I picked up 4 pizzas that probably aren’t going to fill 6 people’s bellies, when normally that would be enough. And they aren’t warm even though I picked it up like 3 minutes after it said it would be ready 🙂 definitely not going back.
Update: pictures to follow, the La Rosa pizza only had half of the pizza with meat on it, and the Caribbean had mushrooms added on that tasted like they were from a can, which wasn’t appealing. I pressed my finger into the crust to pick it up, and it sprang back like memory foam haha! Sauce was lacking a little too. They also cut the pizzas a little funky, but that’s not that big of a deal for us. Luckily, the celiac friendly pizza was done correctly.

This is a great pizza place! The pizzas are personal size, and there are many different flavors and toppings.
They have one of the best beer cheese breadsticks in the area. Since we first tried the cheese and breadsticks, we had always ordered them when we came.
When we did go, they were very busy. The service was affected, and the food was missing a touch, but that shows how many people go there and how it can affect things (which is why I don’t take points away for my review).

Awesome place. Food and service were great. Music was too loud but no big deal. I couldn’t have two different flavored wings I thought that was odd. I had the Brienzo Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza and Spicy BBQ Wings. Both Pizzas were spectacular!! Plenty of toppings super flavorful, and the crust was great, too. Best Pizza I’ve had so far. 9/10 for both. The wings were ok. Very mid. I liked the size of them. I wish they were crispy, they were soft and chewy I didn’t like that. Shout out to my server LoraLeigh she was great. Shout out to the Chefs/Cooks as well. 6/10. Price Game 7.5/10. Portion Game 7.5/10. Food Game 8.5/10. Overall Brienzos 8/10. I will order Pizza again forsure.

Do not go here. I don’t typically write reviews, but this one had to be written to warn everybody not to go here. I went with my family recently for lunch and it’s safe to say I will not be back and I wouldn’t wish this experience upon anyone. When we walked in, we were seated by a lovely hostess, so I thought the rest of the experience would be the same. WRONG. I don’t know if the service or the food was worse. Our server came over to greet us and was extremely unengaged and not helpful at. She almost seemed hungover. She was extremely slow even though the restaurant was basically empty and made the overall experience very unpleasant and unprofessional feeling. She seemed to have time to talk with her friends, but not pay attention to our table. To make matters worse, the food was horrendous. The pizza was so overcooked, had little flavor, and took forever to come out. When we politely mentioned it to our server, nothing was done to fix the situation. Due to the poor quality of service, we only tipped 10% which the server then gave us a dirty look after we did so. Maybe prioritize your tables over talking to your friends if you would like a better tip. I will not be returning to this establishment and it’s definitely not worth trying.

It really wasnt very busy, but everything took FOREVER. waited atleast 40 minutes just for some breadsticks..they tasted alright. Waited forever for drink refills & even those didnt taste right. The pizza wasnt the worst ive ever had…but I couldn’t get past the overpowering flour taste. The crust was so thin and floury. They’re definitely over priced for the quality. We will not be returning.

They didn’t put any sauce on my pizza and offered to give me a cup of cold sauce to dip it in instead of offering to remake it. It also took 1.5 hours for them to get us two pizzas and some breadsticks on a relatively quiet evening. Waitstaff is a bunch of kids who are too busy socializing to wait on customers and it seems like there’s no managers in the place.
