Friendly drive-thru staff at night… . nuggets were cold and asked for fresh made.. fries were cold n over cooked, n soggy too. No one cares about giving good food or orders correctly any more… this was my opinion and personal experience… won’t stop again…

Neat and Clean, Friendly staff, solid Food.
Just picked up a take out order and asked for a special request. Not only was the store manager more than happy to do it for me, he went to the back and took care of it personally. That is some stand up customer service from someone who clearly cares for their guests experience! Great job Boss, officially my new favorite MickyDees!

For the last few months, this location has had terrible dine in service.
You can tell the staff is focused on the drive thru mainly and no one wants to come to the counter. Most of the time I have had to force one of the staff to stop and ask about my order only to find out that it has been passed over and they have to reprint the receipt just to make the food.
One time in particular we waited for over 30 minutes and when we got a 4 piece chicken nugget, it only had 2.

I brought my son because he wanted to play, so he ate and played. The customer service was amazing but can we talk about how clean the place was?! My goodness. It was spotless. Our food was fresh and the order was correct. We enjoyed our time dining in & my son playing.

I usually have a smooth experience at this McDonald’s, but this past week was the complete opposite. We placed our order through the mobile app like we always do, went through the drive-thru, gave our code, and then ended up waiting about 15 minutes just to reach the window. When we finally got there, the young lady handed us the wrong order and seemed unsure of what was going on. Once I told her what we actually ordered, she said they didn’t have fries ready and asked us to pull into a designated spot so they could bring the food out.

We waited another 20 minutes with no update. I eventually got down and went inside. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I asked to speak to a manager, a woman named Alma came over. She showed no empathy, looked frustrated, and offered no apology. When I asked why our order was taking so long, her response was, “It’s not my fault, I just got here.”

What made it worse was seeing orders being delivered to other drive-thru and curbside customers while our order — which had been sitting on the counter the whole time — was never brought out.

This was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The lack of communication and the unprofessional response from the manager made it even more frustrating. Customer service matters, and situations like this need to be handled with accountability and care.

Really busy seems like the locals hang out there a lot. High school chill spot I guess. But it’s a nice spot.
The food was great also and there wasn’t much of a wait despite it being busy. 8 out of 10 only cause the drive thru line was packe… not McDonald’s faults tho… they really was getting orders done. Ppl just kept coming!!! Lmao

I had gone to pick up my food before a appointment which they had already messed my order up didn’t give me the deal I wanted spoke with a manager to get my food fixed which he did fix but when I left my burger looks like someone took a bite out of it this is disgusting I called to let the manager know and he did say he’ll fix my meal but would you even wanna eat at a place like that anymore mind you I’m pregnant so I was very grossed out knowing that so many things get spread through just saliva

No matter what time of day or how slow or busy they are. Expect a wait time of 30 mins to an hour from placing your order to receiving it. Even after receiving your order your fries will always come out lukewarm or cold. Only thing that made this McDonald’s bearable was the two wonderful employees that work overnight. I dont know their names but ones a skinny manager guy and the other is a young lady with dyed hair.
