This was the worst experience EVER at a McDonald’s. The person taking the order lacked professionalism and tact. They hurried your order along as if you were bothering them. Then, every car had to pull forward to wait for their order. The employees were telling customers they needed a new manager. After waiting several minutes for my order, I walked in and asked for my money back. The scenery inside was a “motley crue” staff, dressed like middle schoolers. I took my money across the street and spent it at Zaxbys, where the service was much better. This was a sign that McDonald’s has officially become the “Spirit Airlines” of fast food. Take heed and stay away from McDonald’s.
*There is no need for me to contact a McDonald’s representative on a website because I’m done with McDonald’s . I recommend that YOU pull the video footage from this location from Friday night between 7 & 7:45; and contact the manager and employees working that night re: the chaotic events that occurred.

I go to McDonald’s pretty often and overall, I really enjoy it. The service is usually quick, and it’s a convenient spot for a quick bite. During the day, the food is fresh and hot, and everything tastes just how you’d expect.
However, I’ve noticed that at night, the quality can drop a bit. The food sometimes isn’t very hot and can feel like it’s been sitting out for a while. It would be great if the late-night staff could keep the same standard as during the day.
Still, it’s a reliable place, and I’ll keep going — just hoping the nighttime experience improves a bit.

Can’t get an order correct for anything. Run completely by children with no work ethic. Order a double quarter pounder and you will only get one patty and you better count your nuggets too

I ordered the spicy egg mcmuffin and got a vanilla iced coffee. the food was covered in the sauce, as if it got 3 spoons of the sauce. the drink had trash in it (clear plastic, maybe cutlery wrapper or something?) guy at the window wasn’t friendly. I dont expect a big smile in the morning, but I do expect full sentences. I drive past three locations from home to work and figured id get my food earlier than normal – you’re the closest to my home even when im not working. ill be sure to go to a different location next time.

This lady “manager “ got mad at me because i came back to say they forgot to put my fries? I just left the drive thru a few minutes ago and the grinch meal box was empty how are you the one getting mad for this? I kindly ask
for you to fix the mistake but she yelled at me and said “she made the box herself” and she was pretty sure she didn’t forget anything.

Here’s why I don’t come to McDonald’s anymore. Why am I paying full prices for a kids meal and I swear the fish sandwich used to be waaaay bigger than this.
Also, when I pulled up to the window 2 employees were arguing or play arguing, I don’t know which and I don’t care but I do care that they stopped seeing about me to play. Customer service has gone all the way down the drain with this place.
Got my meal at the 2nd window and the fries were cold. How donyou have a drive through full of people with cold fries? Then I had to wait 10 mins for a frappe. When the girl finally brought it she brought me another meal lol I should have took it but I was so pass disappointed and irritated I couldn’t stand to even look at any more of their food. McDonald’s has really lost a lot of points over the years and that’s sad.
