Loved the now closed Karns and Kingston pike locations growing up, so I was thrilled to see there was still one in Halls. This location is super nice with a huge arcade. It came out to $14 for an adult buffet, which isn’t too bad considering you get unlimited pizza, salad bar, and drinks. The food was just as good as I remember it being. I really hope this location stays open! Will definitely be back. This is a great place to have birthday parties and bring kids.

Super disappointed in the way a Mr Gatti’s Pizza employee allowed my child and I to be threatened and berated by another patron this evening. I honestly wish I had just called 911 as soon as the she said she was going to punch me in the throat. Maybe then it wouldn’t have escalated to her calling my 6 year old ugly and fat right in front of his face. Words last a lifetime and I’m so hurt that he had to experience that.. At one of his favorite places nonetheless.
After we left I called and spoke to a very sweet manager named Jesse who was very apologetic and shocked, but the more I think about it the madder I get. Jesse was very kind and offered to make it right, but I don’t think a free buffet is going to cut it for this one. The employee said not one word to try to descalate during the whole incident— even after her REPEATED threats of violence towards me and slurs towards my son. No call for help, a manager, nothing. This woman was allowed to cuss and berate us for over 5 minutes.
As bad as I hate it— after almost 30 years of fun, (I was taken as a child and it was a tradition I continued with my own son) tonight will be our last trip. I just can’t feel safe there anymore. My son didn’t deserve to be called names in front of a crowd of people by a grown woman.

My daughter and her family were in from out of town. The restaurant was so clean, including the restrooms. Bruce and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My grandkids and I had a great time in the game room . Thank you Mr. Gattis for making our night so special.

Super cool place! Pizza was just alright, but I am basing by rating on my experience as a whole. Got the buffet for two adults with drinks for under $20 out the door. It was amazing to see all of the old arcade games and a bumper car rink! Mr Gatti’s is awesome! Definitely can’t beat it for the price and experience.

The staff went out of their way to make pineapple dessert pizza, a dish this location doesn’t normally serve, just for me when I asked for it. They really went above and beyond. Thank you to the manager and the crew for serving me a taste of childhood nostalgia.

as i was in there the other day there was this man who i didnt get the name of but he was slightly out of shape and had glasses he kept looking at the kids playing the arcade games and rubbing the outside of his pants very creepy! he worked in the arcade section and would smile really big when the kids walked up to the counter this man needs to be terminated immediately!

Pizza was so good! It was pretty busy but they kept the buffet stocked up! Going to have to go again and request some special pizzas up there. The arcade area was way bigger than we expected and even had prizes you can buy with tickets from the games. Gave me flashbacks of when I was a child! Super great place for our kids. Definitely will be back!

Had a great time like normal I still miss halls Cinema 7 being right next door but that’s not as important as what made today so great there’s a really nice girl named Bella behind the the desk at the games she was really excited which made me and my family laugh we had a great time and Bella was great to be around
