Just moved to the area and didn’t have much in the fridge, so we ordered dinner from here. The girl who answered the phone was super friendly, and the delivery guy was genuinely happy, great energy all around and I love that lol. And they had our food at the door in under ten minutes. Granted I’m like a half mile away, but still! Super fast delivery.
We got pork fried rice, egg rolls, boneless spare ribs, and chicken and broccoli. Solid 8/10 on the food, but the customer service, 10/10. This is that classic takeout, comfort Chinese food, hits the spot. Some options might not be good for you but it’s good for your soul lol Will be ordering from here again.

Not the best in the valley for sure. Ordered phenix and dragon. General Tso’s chicken pcs. Hard and overcooked. Included about 4 shrimp.
Won’t order that again. House special Mai-fun was ok. House egg foo young average. Gravy super thick, not much flavor. Pork egg roll sub par. Dropped almost $100 on delivery order. Not worth it in my humble opinion.

Steamed Dumplings were great! fried rice was great, egg drop soup was great ,chicken and broccoli. Not so great. Well the broccoli was good but the chicken was soft and slimy . I’m sorry guys but I had to my kids wouldn’t eat it and I took one bite and picked all the chicken out and gave it to the dog. Won’t order that again.

China Sea is Take out food only. Or is delivered. One of my TOP reasons of ordering here is…. When I was a little girl I would go with my parents (every Friday) out for Chinese. It was always the same restaurant that was on the Post Road, Orange CT. Well, anyway, food back, then was cooked so differently and better and most places than now. But China Sea is not far from that food taste flavor. Also, they are the only people in the valley that I’ve gone to that make fried rice, which I get the pork fried rice brown Not yellow. That yellow rice is not fried rice. It is just what it is….yellow rice.
Also, the couple that works, runs the place are so nice, so sweet, so helpful. Let me stop. I could go on and on about China Sea.

don’t judge a book by it’s cover sums up this place perfectly – the location and storefront are abysmal but the food is delicious. too many other local Chinese places serve up “sesame breading” when you order sesame chicken. Not this place, there’s actual CHICKEN in there – go figure ! ask for white meat and you will be even more pleased – prices are extremely fair and they are very consistent – I have ordered from them a half dozen times and each time the food is exactly the same. won ton soup is WELL above average and the sauces are delicious. dumplings and veggie fried rice need some improvement however. Don’t forget to VENT your meal on the way home to maintain it’s textural integrity 🙂

My wife and I decided to come here for the first time and order out. We order 2 platters with plain chicken wings and plain lo mein, told the guy to add garlic sauce on the lo mein. When I got home, the garlic sauce was on the wings. Horrible! The lo mein was so dry and bad. On top of that, it was really salty. I also ordered Fried rice, the it was extremely salty. On top of being so pricey, bad service and food and the area isn’t so pleasant,we will never come here again. And I don’t recommend this takeout place to anyone. Idk what people are saying that the food is good, heck no! Unless they must love salty nasty food. Never again!

Food delivered sideways the delivery driver is rude rings the doorbell 7-8 times then proceeded to open my glass front door. Then when asked to put food on chair as I’d wanted no contact he stood there like he don’t understand…. No forks in the bag no mustard food scheduled to be delivered for 12:30 showed up at 12. Yes it was early but it scheduled to be delivered for my spouse’s lunch. The egg rolls taste like frozen just flash fried and I’m searching for a fork because you don’t get one now apparently. Very disappointed
