Waitress named Addison is not fit for server. She came to get our drink order brought it back took the food order wasn’t done with order she turned around and took the table across from us drink order gave us the bill when food came. Never came back to the table to see if we needed anything else. Bacon cheeseburger and fries was cold. My daughter ordered turkey sandwich it was soggy. my other daughter order the double burger grease running off it. Addison didn’t come back for refills. Other individuals around us was missing parts of their order or it was cold. Cashier was not friendly didn’t ask how the meal was.

Absolutely the worst experience in a restaurant, ever!!! We were seated at the back left, next to the kitchen. While waiting for our food, we were being harassed by gnats, by the time we’re got our food, we were being pelted by them. My husband had to get up and take our two year old out to the car because they were landing in his hair and eye lashes. I had to cover our food and go to the front counter and tell the lady to send my waitress over immediately, we wanted boxes so we could get out of that place. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked for the manager. I told her that this was a serious issue and absolutely disgusting. She said “well we had an exterminator here but it hasn’t worked” I said “then why in gods name would you seat families here to endure it and not even have the consideration to let them know that their meal is going to be completely ruined and unsanitary??? Absolutely disgusting!!!!

The food was presented very well and tasted hot and fresh. Our server was very friendly, and brought refills quickly. Our meals came out rather quickly. We’ve eaten here in the past many times, but I have to say the place looks so much more inviting and clean than in past visits.

One of my local Bob Evans on Belmont Ave. in Youngstown. A big ol’ parking lot with lots of parking spots as well as handicap parking. I was greeted by my server how seated me quickly. Seating options are tables or booths, I always get a table. The menu is classic southern comfort food, and you can never go wrong there. My server was extremely polite and attentive, she got my coffee out fast & hot. I ordered my favorite breakfast meal, cooked perfectly & tasty. I like this Bob Even’s because it’s close to home, always clean & the food is good. I enjoy my meals here, I think you will too.

Aleaha was the best server I’ve ever had!!! She was prompt, so sweet and so kind to my family and I!!! 100% will be coming back to see her and she’s made us lifelong guests!!! Pancakes were delicious and had the most sweetest home made flavor to them. Aleaha needs her flowers!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Bob Evans. Had to wait while the hostess bagged up several orders. Im guessing door dash but no one was waiting other than me and another person waiting for her to finish and seat us. The waitress for my table was friendly and nice but it took forever to get my food. Around 15 minutes for my bread then Around a half hour for my wildfire salad. They weren’t busy either. Then it looked like a side salad with some chicken chunks thrown on it that weren’t hot. The lettuce tasted old and wilted. I get the wildfire salad at other Bob Evans frequently. This was not the normal wildfire salad. It didn’t even have all the normal ingredients. To top it off after i was done eating it took another 15 minutes to get my bill. I’ll never stop at this location while traveling again. Not a good experience at all.

Decided to give this place a try while on a trip to Youngstown and it’s surprisingly decent… the caramel macchiato was delicious! Food was good.. only “con” I have when it comes to the food is my egg wasn’t really cooked “over hard” it was more of an over medium and unfortunately, I could not eat it. Overall, the service was great.

Everything was delicious. Everything came out in a reasonable time. They can’t quite get the Uber medium x, right? They way overdid them, but all in all everything else was really good.. I got the honey chicken biscuit with onion rings and loaded mashed potatoes, absolutely divine. My husband got the pot roast. Which he agrees, he would get over and over again if he could. All in all a wonderful experience and time with the family.
