I never really liked Burger King but I never went out of my way to make a bad review bc it was just personal preference. The fries are great so I’ll indulge once in a while. I understand that the one time I got food from here was late but I was ordering for someone else and the told me to add something last minute so I ordered it at the window and when I did the man yelled “they added something at the window” and the person on the inside sarcastically goes “oh lovely”. I understand that nights are hard but that isn’t necessary neither is the slight attitude the man had at the window. Foods fine, service is the reason I choose to not go here often.

I understand the demographic in Augusta is tricky for hiring but this location is the worst. Staff sucks. Go through the drive thru and they don’t greet or say anything back when you thank them. No customer skills at all. Do better.

Condition of the store is old & rather dirty. There are a couple of nice clean people working there, the staff tends to be talking with each other lately & not helping customers. I witnessed a big faux pas w a doordash order that the staff made wrong, wrong receipt on bag etc. Maybe personal hygiene would go along way to being in good standing on the day as it was when I worked in many facets of the industry. I would not eat there due to the parking lot w beggars in it & staff not into cleanliness. Hope corporate does some cleaning.

Very friendly in the drive through. Saw I had a pup and gave us a treat for him! Really appreciated the service. Food was good! Nice fresh fries and chicken fries. Burger had a bit too much condiments. The chicken sandwich was fresh but the chicken flavor and consistency could have been more genuine like say, chic fil a.
For the price great though.

Look, I know we’re all human nothing personal but the employee coughed into their elbow and they sounded very sick when I was going through the drive-through when I asked if maybe the other person could hand me the food just because I saw that and it kind of made me nervous the person running the burgers side and made it obvious and looked over at me and to be honest it’s just really sick especially because of Covid going on these past years and we’re finally up over it and without Covid or not it’s food I mean come on don’t get the sick person to be handing food out. I don’t

Workers were ignorant and cracked out. Open till midnight show up at 9:45 and getting bitched at because the lobby is “closed everything is now take out”. Sorry not sorry I was always taught the customer was always RIGHT. very poor customer service atmosphere was terrible. Everyone was pissy and cranky 0/10 don’t recommend please avoid at ALL COSTS.
