Had an amazing time with good laughs, kind servers, and exceptional management. It’s my fiancé’s and my first time here, and everything exceeded expectations. Shatarri was our server, and she was super attentive to our every need. Louis, the manager, went above and beyond to ask how everything was going and made sure to correct the croissants order before it even came out when it was a little too overdone. He let us snack on them before cooking a new batch that was perfectly done. I only have a to-go picture, but we didn’t want to waste any of our food because it was so delicious.
Burger 11/10 (cooked to perfection, and the restaurant accommodated my every modification)
Croissants with honey butter 1000/10 (had melt-in-your-mouth honey butter and perfect texture)

Live music was passable. The band really tried and could get better if they practiced a lot more. The waitresses were very nice and responsive. Service was fast and the burgers were good. Fair drink menu. Lots of screens – there were at least 5 games going on.

Placed a Togo order and had a drink at the bar while I waited. Bartender was nice and attentive. Food was ready pretty quick and everything was correct. I was impressed that they for my meal that they put everything separate in the container so it didn’t get soggy (protein power bowl in image below). Prices are aligned with the area and type of business, food tasted great, service was good, try them out!

We had an excellent experience at Hickory Tavern. The plank salmon was cooked perfectly. Best broccoli in the Charlotte area. Fiesta salad was delicious. Highly recommend the BBQ pulled chicken. Raven, Aaliyah and Louis made our lunch experience memorable.

We had a nice lunch here , despite it being rather a noisy place, albeit not crowded. There was a decent variety to choose from on the menu, and the food arrived hot , thanks to our server Holly.
On the positive side, the burger was nicely cooked , topped with two tasty onion rings, and the chicken sandwich was juicy and nicely prepared. The service was prompt and polite.
I must note that several aspects of the visit were not optimal – the table was very sticky – and you might notice in the food pictures that the fry portion didnt even fully cover the bottom of the baskets , so value for money would seem to be somewhat lacking.

Allison and Louis gave amazing service. The garlic parm wings and the burger were excellent. I hadn’t been here in years and glad I came back. Allison was extremely attentive and friendly. Louis was friendly, funny, very professional and made a great recommendation on the freedom burger. Great time all around. Louis had a wonderful attitude and demeanor

We went for a late dinner around 9pm. We were seating pretty immediately. Service was started right away. The dishes were very tasty and also plenty filling. If hungry I recommend this place.

We started off with the pre-game combo platter, the fried pickles were delicious, the shred heads could have used some salt and other seasonings but they were pretty good. I had the classic ruebin sandwich, it was very good. The Carolina cheese steak was good as well. We will come back.

Usually the food and service is good. This time service was bad and food was just ok. Waitress hard to find. Forgot to place one of the meals. Someone didn’t listen to directions on the meal. When receiving bill with payment was only charged .$.03. I could just paid that amount but I knew it was definitely incorrect. Hard time to find waitress to get corrected.
