Nobody at the counter for quite some time, then the next 2 ppl had the same issue. Once they put my to go good bag & beverages on the counter & yelled out my order # i couldn’t get anyone’s attention to request a straw as there were none in sight or the bag. Parking was easy as there was nobody there when I arrived

Waiting for your food in this specific Mcdonald’s location is always a total surprise. Today, I waited 25 minutes for my food which was a small meal. I was not able to complain because no one was at the counter. Also, the food here wasn’t appetizing at all. Not to mention, the fries weren’t fresh. The fries were soggy and cold. The chicken nuggets here were cold too, which is just absurd. Mcdonald’s is supposed to be a fast food place, not a slow food place. This is so ridiculous.

Worst customer service possible with an employee and a manager that doesn’t know how to do their job. I asked for 2 6pc nuggets for the buy one get one a dollar deal. Then I asked to use my rewards to add an additional 6pc. meaning I would have gotten 18 nuggets total. Aside from that I asked for a Mcchicken and a mcdouble. Instead I got 2 6pc. Nuggets a double cheeseburger and a mcchicken. The manager refused to swap out the double cheeseburger for the 6pc like I had wanted originally. If I was willing to pay extra money just to get a mcdouble I don’t see why that was any of their concern. She then kept telling me that i couldn’t redeem the 6 pc nuggets and get the 2 6pcs for the deal. I should have got their names but I got less food than what I asked for all because they thought they were saving me money.

The landscaping crew’s use of leaf blowers during business hours significantly disrupted my drive-through experience at this McDonald’s location around 10:15 AM. The noise made it difficult for the staff to hear my order, and the debris blew directly into my car. Considering I had recently washed my vehicle, this added to my frustration. Perhaps scheduling landscaping services during non-peak hours would help minimize disruptions to customers.

They ran out of some ingredients for a burger and just decided to replace it with other ingredients without even asking me. That was a disgusting burger.

Horrible service worst place to order old lady’s can barely speak English how are the supposed to understand my order I knew my order was wrong before I even paid the and one of the dumb lady said oh the difference is only 20 cents they should of gave me refund and charge me again for the correct item but no they have horrible service

New remodel of playplace is great. Lots of open space and tables to monitor your kids. Enclosed so that kids are not bothering other people. It has it’s own bathroom that needs better floor cleaning but at least it’s conveniently located. Main part of the restaurant is always clean and well maintained. They do have self serve ordering kiosks for when the line gets long.
Staff goes out of their way to help people. They go through the trouble of bringing orders with happy meals to kids section. Sometimes you just can’t get away to get order if you are by yourself with the kids.

I visited this McDonald’s and was very disappointed with the condition of the restroom. The urinal was extremely dirty. The soap dispenser wasn’t working, and neither was the hand dryer. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this level. I hope the management addresses these sanitation issues promptly.
