Nathan went above & beyond for our “Midnight munchies” run.. piper’s on vacation and wanted the bikini bottom meal, popular with our President I hear *rimshot/laugh track here* the food was delicious, used the value menu and still got an over $25 for 4 bacon cheeseburgers for 3 people/kinda high, even in this economy, but I’m no business major. Great service/ok prices, we were all full anyway. Thanks, Nathan. Video of me crashed in bed, watching Netflix, burning a 12 days of Yule candle, etc after midnight munchies. Hey! Do you know they’re open 24/7 again?

While traveling stopped to get the sponge bob meal. What a disappointment. We bought 3 meals from the kiosk inside to go. No strawberry cheese pie no cheesy bacon bites. When asking about the meal not having a pie and no cheesy bacon bites we were told it was on the sign. Wow so not having it on the Kiosk is ok.

I say kudos to the management and the current staff because this restaurant in my humble opinion is operating on 180 degree turnaround in the last 6 months. Every time I visit I see an improvement and not only the cleanliness, the speed of the food, the staff appearance and customer service.
The drive-thru line goes quickly, the to-go orders are ready in a timely manner and not missing items. I say great job guys and keep up the good work!

Restaurant was clean, food was good. However, the micro-manager or owner who pranced around the restaurant expecting both employees and sitting customers to acknowledge his delusions of grandeur was annoying and inappropriate.
After watching this drama queen conduct interviews of potential new hires, I was surprised by his attitude toward them, expecting them to beg for a job.
But what really struck me, was his berating, ridiculing and unprofessional manner towards a current employee, threatening her with writing her up or firing her loudly, in the dining area for all to see and here.
To the young lady who was abused by this narcissistic clown, you are better than this, find another job and leave and I wish you the best life ever.
To his royal highness, just a management reminder to praise in public and discipline in private.
You are a disgrace and will never return to this location.

Fake onion rings! Burger King does not sell real Onion rings anymore since they went franchise. Taste like breaded onions but no onions inside .only batter fried bread. You cannot reheat them like the original ones and still taste good. Once these are cold, No good.Very disappointed

The employees cannot get your order right. We were missing 3 items and we were in a line of 3 other customers that were missing items from their orders too. Their soda machines were down and it took forever to get your drink from behind the counter. My whopper was destroyed with mustard. Thats all I can taste. Only compliment I can give is the place was clean and my daughter loved the play place.

Shout out for Anthony and Jimmy for outstanding customer service. Today was a very bad day for me but their kindness to me (lost my wallet while traveling) but they covered my meal for me. It’s nice to know there are good people still out in this world.
