The Fiesta Restaurant and Market has the best menudo in Medford and I’ve tried almost all of them. Everything they serve is excellent. I’ve been eating there for 20 years. If you’ve never eaten here you should. I also get cabeza tacos and they’re very good.

I’m a I can get a wrong order and still eat it not complain type of person. But the large menudo for almost $20 I got today was not it. Large piece of bone inside which made the liquid rise and appear there was soup inside. Hardly anything to consume but liquid…unfortunate.

A great local spot here in southern Oregon. They have many different chains but I went to the one downtown with the market. Very authentic food Everything was wonderful. I’m definitely going back again. The horchata was excellent.
