Have not been here in so long, thought I would try them again. They just remind me why I don’t come here anymore. Ordered food last night a lot was missing! No refund on it. The lady that served us at car side pickup was rude and had an attitude.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt came this afternoon 1/30/26 , waited a little over 20 minutes for 5 items, burgers were smashed. We will not be back again.

I’m from Sacramento, and while passing through
this city, I visited this establishment on 10/02/25. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the words “good service” are not just empty words here. The food was wonderfully fresh and delicious, and the staff was extremely polite. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I definitely would. Thank you, guys, for your great work!

I went through the drive thru, then was asked to pull around and my food would be delivered to our car. After 10 minutes waiting in my car and inside for over 20 minutes…I was refunded my money. No food! I could have received better, faster service at a real restaurant.

Horrible service. It’s supposed to be fast food. I ordered at the window and they sent me to the parking lot. There were a lot of cars, so they sent us all because they take so long. They gave us the wrong order, so we had to go back inside to order again and wait another 15 minutes. What is going on?

I Will be calling the Manager. What they served me was unhealthy & UNSAFE! Cold hard fries & burger like a HOCKEY puck. It was New Years Eve & busy. You would think the food would be fresh & hot NOT STIFF BREAD & stale fries. I could report this to the HEALTH BOARD & should. I will be calling the manager snd coming in person. I work in health. Everything they serve is either overcooked or burned. The fries are over salted and cold. The people behind the counters are constantly screaming at each other, even if they are standing next to one another. The dining area always needs cleaning attention. Stay away!

Friendly staff and quick! I also liked how they actually read that I wanted an iced coffee with cream and no sugar/sweetener. So many times I’ve had the same iced coffee at other McDonalds across the country and they pump 3 or more pump of sweetener even though I put it on the drink that I dont want any. Will definitely come back!
