I think the notion of Pizza Hut makes most of us feel nostalgic. My husband and I were pleased To learn after years, Pizza Hut hasn’t lost its magical recipes. Cheese sticks are still amazing! Our server was absolutely outstanding, a lovely young woman who was charming and radiated optimism. Definitely recommend if you’d like a quiet dinner on the islands with something that is familiar tasting.

Ordered take out during our beach ⛱️ vacation. They have ample seating if you’d like to dine in. Parking was available too.
Pizza was very well done. We had ordered 2 personal pizzas with extra cheese and the cheese was literally dripping! Satiated our cheese craving well fries were okay! Bread sticks were good. The hut box option is a good one if you just want a personal size. It comes with a side of fries or wings.

Food was barely warm, pizza was ok but not great (new york style). Driver said the tip didn’t go through on the card so I gave him cash. Only to find out via my bank that the tip did go through. So he got double tip.

The pizza was really good and it was a lot better than I remembered being. The staff was nice and friendly and the restaurant was super clean. I’m guessing they usually do more carryout than dine in as we were the only family there today again no complaints.

I had never had a bad experience up until now
I made an order online around 8:30 PM, said it would arrive around 8:50-9:00 PM
Well around 9:30 PM the tracker said it had been delivered yet I didn’t have my order. So I called the store, which was unreachable and had me waiting on a call center. I ended up receiving part of my order around 10:30 PM (almost 2 hours after). I checked and items were missing and my pizza was cold. After talking to the call center all they wanted to do was send more food (mind you, is already late, I don’t want to wait 2 more hours for more food). They say they could give me credit which I didn’t want since I’m not a regular customer, and when I asked for a refund it seem to be impossible for me to get something back from them. Overall a pretty bad experience especially because the store couldn’t take the time to let us know it would take longer than usual, or pick up the phone to resolve this matter

My mother-in-law ordered me a surprise mother’s day cookie and it was very burnt when I received it. I don’t know who looked at this cookie and thought it was okay to deliver, but they clearly have zero value for their customer.
