Our story goes all the way back to the late 70s in the streets of Jerusalem. Our late father travelled on a tractor from village to village, offering locals wheat to make fresh flour at an affordable cost. This tradition of honest work, coupled with caring-for-community, continues to be our family’s guiding principle. We are delighted to share our family’s authentic recipes. From delicious traditional pizzas, topped with garden-fresh veggies, to our Original Shawarma sandwich, featuring our hand-made flat bread, thinly-sliced seasoned tri-tip steak or chicken with a drizzle of hand-made tahini sauce, we are certain you’ll enjoy every tasty bite! Come join us and be a part of our family’s story!

I’ve been going out for kababs and shawarma for the past 5 months to find the best place. And since I found this place in November, I’ve stopped looking!
I have been eating at this establishment for an average once a week, they are consistently high quality and very tasty and best price from all my search.
Just to put it in perspective I drive 40 minutes out of my way to eat here. Told friends, coworkers and relatives about this place, they all agree this place is amazing.
The staff is friendly and supper busy just getting orders out. I’ve been here when it’s busy and normal lunch, never a bad or undersized plate.
My only small critique is that they charge $3 extra to add fries inside the shawarma, even though a side of fries also costs $3 I feel like the add on should be a bit less. But honestly, that’s just a tiny thing compared to how good everything was.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean, and the food was easily some of the best shawarma I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back!
Owners an awesome guy, the staff is so nice and the prices are amazing.
I’ve been craving this food for a while and this just made me happy. Except for the waiting (it seems we came right in rush hour) everything was good. I got the Kufta plate which is enough for two people & my BF got the beef shawarma.
Everything was excellent & I think I ate too much garlic sauce
Food:
– Shawarma is top-notch! Tender meat (chicken better than beef) that’s authentically well seasoned.
– Kebabs are exceptional, and both chicken & beef are perfectly seasoned and tender!! Highly recommend!
– All the sauces are perfectly executed! Garlic tastes like spicy fresh garlic; hummus tastes sinful. Can’t wait to eat these again and again.
– Handmade pita bread from Jerusalem Bakery LLc is great.
– Rice is okay.
– Salad is somewhat dry; veggies are not fresh at all. Can skip.
