Stopped in for a quick lunch bc they have gluten free 10 inch crusts – so glad we did. The “white album” GF version (minus onions) was absolutely fantastic, might rank as my favorite GF pizza ever. Our party also ordered a reg crust pesto chicken pie and said they loved it. Was able to eat outside on the patio and grab a glass of wine from the adjoining bar. Such a cute spot.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Gain Street Pies. The pizza I received was severely overcooked and completely dry in the center. It honestly felt like it had been sitting in the oven far too long or reheated improperly. The crust was hard, the cheese was dried out, and there was no softness or freshness at all. It was not enjoyable to eat and did not meet even basic expectations for quality pizza.
I paid for a fresh, properly made pizza and instead received something that was borderline inedible. This was a waste of $30, and I feel like the quality control here was completely lacking. I expect better, especially considering the price.
I would like a full refund for this order. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures this doesn’t happen to other customers.

This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Ordered two pizzas on first NFL Sunday. The large was hard as cardboard—even though it was thin, chewing it was impossible. Toppings on one pizza were thrown together in the middle, whereas the other one— chicken bbq—had barely any chicken or bbq sauce (see pic). Never had my kids not finish a pizza—until this time. Ended up throwing it away and ordering another dinner. Had much better experience with this place previously but will not be coming back.

Now THIS is pizza!!! The food was absolutely delicious. We came with our hearts already set on pizza and salad, but we will definitely try other offerings in the future. The restaurant was clean, service was very pleasant, and we were informed that everything is fresh! (Fresh as in, no freezers fresh! I think Gordon Ramsay would be impressed!) The salad was crisp and delicious and served with an amazing homemade dressing (I forgot to take photos of the salad, and the pizza before I started eating it, LOL!) The pizzas were top notch! We will definitely return, and I highly recommend this place. Great job to this restaurant and staff!

Usually enjoy eating here for lunch. Last two visits I felt like I was eating leftover reheated pizza for lunch. Staff more interested in having conversation than making pizza. I must not be the only one who is noticing quality of pizza. I left at 11:30 AM and there was no one in the restaurant. I will not be back. I will walk a little further to Publix.

Pretty fantastic find while I was passing through Tallahassee. The place certainly has a vibe, I’ll let the photos convey that better than my words. They stay open until pretty late, which is super cool.
The pizzas are amazing. 10/10. Some of the best thin crust I’ve ever had. You just gotta allow some time for them to be prepared, which is fair enough for the quality you get. I personally recommend the Bruno if you like Pepperoni. No complaints about the service either. Everyone is super chill and nice.

The Woke Unicorn
So delicious. I ordered from the app since I needed to pick up groceries from the Publix Greenwise up the block. Everything was ready on time and the employees were super sweet. The Cookies and Cream dessert pie was so much better than I could have imagined. I am not sure how one created something so tasty. The dessert pie was so flavorful; littered with Oreo cookie magic…and some type of sauce that is surely the nectar of the gods. I also got a 10” half and half pizza pie (pineapple and capicola//bell peppers and feta). I had a 30 minute drive home so the pictures don’t even do them justice. Honestly, it was just perfect. Thanks Gaines Street Pies, for the best meal I’ve had in months ❤️.
