I go past this restaurant a lot and I love McDonalds food when it it Fresh/Hot. Their fries are always good but when fresh they are unbeatable. Favorites: Big Mac Xtra special sauce; Regular Cheeseburgers; Fish sandwhich plain no cheese with Xtra tarter sauce. Hopefully, on the fish; Steak Bagels wre best breakfast anywhere when available

Very friendly staff, even though I feel ignored. Mistakes happen, so I try not to press the issue. However, I made an app order at 9:08 a.m., arrived late at about 9:30 a.m., and still did not receive my at 10:08 a.m. even though on the app, I selected to wait in a reserved parking spot, I had to go in to see what was taking so long. After a little back and forth about what my order was, and being told that they don’t have it, it was finally prepared. The sausage with egg McMuffin came with some surprise onions, but I was done waiting. Is it just me McDonald’s?

Please have your cashier’s at the window ask people do they need condiments If you going to use the drive-thru new feature that you have with people drive up to a parking lot for their food y’all should already ask them because of young lady or whoever act like they had attitude when they had to go back and get ketchup and then they didn’t come back we had to go and get it ourselves do better

Tonight I order two combo meals they pull me to spot number 2. I waited at least ten minutes for my food. Finally got my food was missing an order of fries. I went inside to let them know. Stood there a few minutes never got my fries and the customer service there is very poor. The one at Exit 22 way better than this one. I order and Daily double and got a dry McDouble.

Located just north of Aiken on historic US-1, this McDonald’s has seen better days. The restroom was not in very good shape today – paper on the floor, water on the counter and a toilet that needed cleaning. The restaurant itself was also not great with some straw wrappers at the soda fountain and a table that had not been cleared.
With the condition of the front end, I thought it best not to make a purchase today.

This McDonald’s has at least 2 employees working drive thru that absolutely makes your mornings better.
They had smiles and had great attitude’s with a Thank you come back. So I had to go back the next morning and yes they were still just as wonderful as the morning before.

When you want a chocolate milkshake to try and improve your bad day & end up feeling more defeated with this purchase. To charge $5.11 for a medium sized shake and it comes out looking like you ordered a vanilla milkshake with a squirt of chocolate syrup semi-swirled in it, it’s totally depressing!
