This place is not very hygienic. The sink in the men’s restroom was not working so my boyfriend had to wash his hands in the women’s bathroom, and there was no soap left in the women’s restroom. I informed two employees and nothing changed. In addition, I saw an employee leave the restroom, rinse her hands with water only, and then return to work.

This location sports the newer look of McD’s inside and out. The interior design is very modern and inviting, and was clean and spacious. I like the hightop seating area. These guys must make a killing being that they’re on bustling Dairy Road.

Ordered the local platter. Didn’t find out they had no rice until they were ready to give us the food. They substituted one hash brown vs 2 scoops of rice. Not the same meal or value. Service was poor. Should have requested a refund and gone elsewhere.
As we finished eating, we see rice is again available. They could have simply asked if we wanted to wait.

The food is good. It’s the service. The workers doesn’t put in quality work. I got the wrong order, and they haven’t put the cover of my coffee correctly.

To help satisfy those late night munchies. This McDonald’s happened to have no wait when we arrived in the drive through. I was able to use my app to earn rewards. Plus I haven’t had an apple pie in awhile so was nice getting my craving fix covered. Quick & easy is always my preferred method.

The interior of this McDonald’s is somewhat well kept. Service was decently quick, but nothing to write home about. When I visited this location, the restaurant was practically empty and it seemed the staff just recently mopped the floor. The menu items are a bit pricier here than on other parts of the island, likely due to the vicinity to the airport. The preparation of the food itself was rather shoddy which is surprising considering they were not working on any other order than mine at the time. The mayonnaise in the McChicken sandwich I’d ordered somehow got smeared on top of the bun and the cheeseburger came out flatter than normal. Not really atypical of a McDonald’s restaurant, but certainly not anything I’d consider impressive. All in all, it’s a decent place to eat if you can’t make your way to any of the Wailuku McDonald’s to eat.
