Overall, the food was delicious. The lamb risotto and the asado de tira were definitely the highlights both were cooked to perfection.
As for the appetizers, the fish croquettes were all right, though not exactly spectacular. However, I really enjoyed the arepas de jaiba; they had much more flavor and a nice touch of coconut. The only thing that didn’t really do it for me was the dessert, the cheesecake was good, but not mind blowing.
That said, I’d definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

The service was incredible! She even went to book us a didi at the end when we were miscommunicating about if it was a good idea in her opinion. The food was stand out. Every bite was better than the last. I’m still thinking about the pork with mushrooms and banana. Yum!

Accidently walked into this restaurant and it quickly became my favorite in Bogotá. The chef is an artist and has hands of gold. Everything we had was presented beautifully but most important was really, really, really good. The staff are very friendly and the patio has a cozy vibe.

Wow!! What a culinary treat!! This is certainly one of the fanciest lunches I’ve ever had – and all for a reasonable price. The raspberry aguachile was incredible, as was the rigatoni. Super cute atmosphere, too, with very friendly servers, especially Luz. What a find!!

We had an exceptional experience at Sauvage Bogotá. The food was outstanding perfectly balanced flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and every plate was a delightful surprise. The service was equally impressive: attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely a place to return to and recommend.

I was really excited about finally going to Sauvage as l had read the good reviews and maybe my expectations were too high. The food is good but that’s it. I really enjoyed the cocktails and dessert more than the main course, the dessert was particularly tasty and showed the chefs are really talented… It’s a shame l can only say that about dessert. The service is quite casual and although l enjoyed my meal l think it was way too expensive for what it was.

Incredible meal in Bogota. The ambience and vibe is chill but upbeat. Tasty cocktails. The food was exactly what I was looking for – classics but elevated with flavors that worked so well together (the arepas special with a coconut cream/foam blew me away). The service could not have been better – Luce was amazing. She explained the elements of each dish as they came out. I will be back, hopefully many times!

Everything was perfect. The food the service the atmosphere. We came after a long flight and wherever we had was heartwarming. The corn tostadas with bacon configure, the prawn tacos and the cherry on the top was this baked pork with fermented banana mousse. A must!

One of my favorite places in Bogota, food is amazing and they have special events where they invite chefs from other restaurants and make just unbelievably good combinations, really incredible food and drinks. Highly recommended!
