The food and drinks were good, and everything tasted the way it should. I appreciate the consistency. However, the experience at the drive-thru wasn’t the best. The girl at the window had an attitude and was a bit rude when talking to us about placing our mobile orders. We were told we should wait 5–7 minutes before placing the order (2 of us did), but then we’re asked to pull away from the drive-thru and ended up waiting about 10 minutes. Mind you we know they get busy but the attitude was not asked for.

The staff at this location are absolutely fabulous! It started with a phone call with Mara that was extremely helpful and informative. Upon arriving the lovely Mara quickly greeted us and patiently waited on us to make our coffee decisions and thoroughly answered all questions with the help of her amazing teammates! The lovely Audra then eagerly jumped in and professionally & confidently prepared our amazing coffee beverages! These ladies hands down are simply amazing and will give you the best experience at a Starbucks!! Thank you ladies!!

Literally a night and day experience! Went to one in bristol this morning and this one for an afternoon boost. I felt so rushed at the other store and this one was so nice! Becca, Amber and team were very welcoming. They answerwd all my questions about the new festive drinks. Their store manager even apologized for the other store and asked me to give them another chance saying that the team in bristol is usually one of the best. She gave me a coupon to use to get my drink there another time but said she was happy to have me here.

Ive been going to food city for the last yr or so and in the last wk I’ve lost the only 2 iced coffees I’ve got from this location due to the lids not being shut completely. Im not sure if they’re using new lids or what. Also since the renovation all hot coffees taste burnt. I usually have excellent experiences and staff is always great but there are occasions where our drinks aren’t full or they are not made properly like this morning in my white chocolate mocha they didn’t put any white chocolate mocha it’s just espresso milk and whip. Another example, Last night my Frappuccinos I ordered were not made to order when im paying for the extra items I customize with. The issues I’ve encountered don’t outweigh the good but they are becoming more frequent. I would’ve said something today in store but almost always do mobile order and had someone else pick up for me so I didn’t know until I received it at home. I do understand that there have been issues with staff shortages and such so I don’t always complain when It’s not a big deal but completely leaving out the white mocha from a white choc mocha drink is a bit much especially when I’m paying for extra pumps but unfortunately I do not have time to go back and complain as I take care of my 95 yr old grandmother. I have heard many people complaining lately about this store and having issues lately so I’m only sharing some recent experiences when most of the time they are positive, just so it can be brought to their attention. Also if I am able to catch any issues quickly they are always fixed without hesitation and staff is always friendly about it. I suppose my point is check your drinks before you leave just in case.(Update) 5 months later things got better but now we are noticing when we order light foam or no foam is when our drinks are not full. When we don’t order this way drinks are full even after foam settles so I’m not sure why but it seems to be certain employees but today our drinks haf to be remade twice and still wasn’t full on the third time. We are paying for ventis not grandes. Also curious if anyone else has this problem. Photos below are just a small fraction of the times it has happened. It only seems to happen at this location. Sometimes we are given cards for free drinks but other times certain employees act like it’s a problem when we say anything and are rude but most of them aren’t but there are those few that are. We have said something multiple, multiple times and it still is an issue with those certain employees when making it with light or no foam. We just want full drinks of the size we are paying for when we actually buy atleast twice a day Sometimes more.

Orders for the drinks were taken properly in the flavor of the pink drink exceeded my expectation. As well as my love and passion for a caramel macchiato with almond milk and family just enjoying her caramel frappe. Great service today… Fantastic drinks to start the day off this morning!

Honestly, anytime I walk into the Starbucks it has the most foul, unwelcoming, and unapproachable people working. And on top of that, they don’t know how to make drinks. Aren’t you guys supposed to be trained on making drinks? What part of shaken, do y’all not understand in your guys’s drink, shaken espresso? It doesn’t mean for you to layer the drink, I didn’t order A macchiato. I’ve been ordering the same drink for over three years the same way. I don’t understand why half these people don’t know how to make a coffee. Find a new profession.
10/31 edit Audra is extremely rude! I pulled up to the window and I said oh I like your costume, she gave me a disgusting look. And took my cup because I was having my own drink made in my own cup and slammed the window. It then dawned on me that She is the same woman who I had the problem with before. She has no customer service. she is extremely rude. She does not belong in the window serving people. She belongs in a seller underneath the bridge like a troll.

The staff that was present during the first snow storm was amazing. They had to work out their own method to be able to keep all drinks made correctly and for the customers. I just felt like when we were going to all order five pink drinks their response stopped through the microphone and then the hesitation was then now since then I tried the dragon fruit and I like it. But def here my pink drink I got a week later

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at the Starbucks on Eastman. We stopped in recently with my daughter, who had just missed using her birthday reward due to being sick. I wasn’t sure if anything could be done, but the baristas went above and beyond — they honored the reward anyway and treated her like it was still her special day.
The smiles, kindness, and genuine effort they showed turned what could have been a small disappointment into a moment she’ll remember. She walked out feeling so special, and it absolutely made her day. Thank you for not just serving coffee, but for spreading the joy

My favorite! I love the staff, always smiling and super friendly! It’s a rare occasion that they get my order wrong & if there’s a wait it’s usually because they’re so busy, not because they’re slacking. I love the coffees, cake pops, muffins…all of it!
