The service I received at this Dennys location was just ok. I waited a couple minutes to be seated though the restaurant was not busy at all. My waiter took my order but I never got a refill of beverage and was not asked what option I wanted when it came to sauce or toast. He did ask after the food came if what he had put in was ok and I didn’t have a preference. The toast came sopping wet with an unpleasant glob of butter on it. It did not taste good. My main complaint, however, is the deceptive marketing of their milkshakes. What I received was nowhere near what was advertised. For $5.50 I would not have ordered one if I had known it was going to be such a small shake. I would not recommend eating at this location.

We cooked fresh chicken, as they apparently ran out of frost. They cooked it deliciously, it’s good, but the only thing is that there was too much sauce at the bottom, it was fried on, it was too sweet. I waited for about 20 minutes. The waiter is good, he always asked «is everything okay»

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Hair in Food and Poor Customer Service at Denny’s (07/31/2025, 6:20 PM I paid for a meal at Denny’s today, July 31, 2025, at 6:20 PM. Unfortunately, the food I received had cooked hair inside and hair on top of the food. I had to throw it away it was completely inedible.
This did not seem like an accident, as the hair was in multiple parts of the meal. I also noticed that the employees were ignoring customers, including myself. I don’t know if this is how they treat all customers, but it’s unacceptable
This was my last time ever paying for food at this location. Management must take responsibility for what’s happening.

Our second time here and our last. Understaffed you may have to wait for 5 minutes to get a table. Our first time here the hash browns had a taste of very old cooking oil and today was no better
I don’t know if the cooking oil is the same from a few weeks ago or what but the very first taste had me spitting it back on the plate. The rest of the food was great. The waiter took the hash browns off the ticket. We are going to try the iron skillet across the highway next time.

Our server, Jessica, was great. The burgers surprised the heck out of me and my wife. There were just two things that could have made it better.
1. Being able to choose the temp of the burger, but I understand reasoning behind that.
2. The decreased in the dishwasher must need changing as 3 of our 4 utensils had some cloudy residue on them.

I’ve eaten here more than once and stop by from time to time because it’s convenient. I wouldn’t say I was blown away, but the food is decent. I ordered the bourbon chicken skillet—it tasted pretty good. The service here is nice, and the food was prepared quickly, which is definitely a plus.

Love this place! We stop here for breakfast when we take the Grands to VA and for dinner on the way back. We’ve had the same waitress every morning and she is awesome! Can’t remember her name, but we have the same haircut lol. And the Berry stuffed French Toast (pictured) is scrumdillyicious!!

I arrived at 10:30 pm & had to order it to go. They close at 11pm due to being understaffed. I got the mozzarella sticks, strawberry hushpuppies as starter & the bourbon bacon cheeseburger w fries as entrée. They were out of mashed potatoes, macaroni & cheese, nachos & ribeye. It was $25, not bad on the price for what I ordered. My server was Mysti, who was very friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. She was very helpful & also gave me extra dipping sauce for the strawberry hushpuppies & had everything that I requested & then some in my bag. The food was ready in about 15 min. They normally close at 12am & dine in until 10 pm & take out orders until 11 pm & if staffed 12am. The restaurant looked clean. They had to turn away customers still coming in after closing. So it seems like a very busy location. ( You might want to update hours for those looking for a late night meal) & my food was really good. The bourbon bacon cheeseburger is mouth-watering good, perfectly cooked. The strawberry hushpuppies are not only big but are delicious They can be your dessert instead of a starter. Drizzle the cream cheese on top. I got 6 for $2.49. Great price!

Service was fast and efficient. Expect a small wait time as they do their best to get everyone seated greated and orders taken. Very pleasant staff. Food was worth it as well

Order the double cheese burger and first of all, the patties are way smaller now, seems like the buy the pre made pattie. They used to be bigger and made fresh
Second the cook, season it with all the salt they had because it was so salty I didnt even finish it, how sad the burgers was the only reason why we stop at dennys
