Wow! I was floored on how good my Krystal’s were. I hit the poplar location and waited about 12 mins and no one even said hello to me. I left and came to this one over by the Agricenter. It’s by my work. The fella made them perfect. I do cheese and pickles only. 30% of the time I get them with mustard and have to get them swapped out. Not today! They were correct, cooked all the way, and the cheese was ACTUALLY melted!!!! If the AC was working right I would have given them a 5 star rating. The woman at the counter was awesome and very polite. She took orders in the drive thru and the sales floor. Krystal’s is that so so place I go to every once in a while. If they keep this up, I will be back more often! Thanks!

Went through the drive through and waited almost 15 minutes before anyone got on the speaker to take orders. Then had to repeat multiple times because the workers inside were not paying attention to what they were doing. After finally getting my order in I waited at the pickup window for another 5 minutes before having money taken and then another 10 for food. Only for the food to be cold immediately leaving the parking lot. The service was horrible and the management needs to step up. Or just close the store entirely.

The lady at the window was very nice. However whoever the cook was doesn’t give a damn about humanity waited in line for over 30 min they brought my food out I had no cheese on my Krystal’s on top of the fries with a ton of salt on them you couldn’t bare to swallow the coke was good

Stephanie absolutely made our New Year’s Eve. Even though the restaurant was close to closing, she greeted us with patience, kindness, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Her service was thoughtful, friendly, and unforgettable. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that much heart to their job, especially on a night like that. I’ll never forget her kindness: Krystal’s is lucky to have her! We love her!!!

Today I had the worst lunch experience..on my lunch break I went to Krystals and got 2 chilli cheese pups t
2 cheese Krystals no onion and a sweet tea.. I was giving a coke but they gladly exchanged it … I went back to work to sit on the parking lot and eat when I got down to my last chilli cheese pup I was eating it and it was something hard in it and I spit it out… Guess what it was??? Egg shells..I took it back up there and asked for a Krystal chick instead I was then told I had to pay the difference after choking off egg shell, going over on break and wasting gas.. I asked for the chilli cheese pup back and my lawyer will be in touch pissed is a understatement and I’m sure the chilli was not thrown out ..

Worst Krystals ever. Horrible customer service. It’s been like that the last 3 times I tried it. I just went in the store because of my previous bad drive thru experiences and the manager asked me after waiting at the register for nearly 10 minutes, “what u trying to get?” I told her a sackfull (12 Krystals) … she said she didn’t have enough people there to make it and I had to wait till someone came off break. Seriously??? Nah, that does it… I tried… never going there again. Sad because she doesn’t care and management needs to know this, see if they care…

The wings were small/ literally only a bite, and I received a few of the fries that were salty and old. I had more napkins than food.
