Nice and pleasant staff! The tables and floor needed some attention as far as cleanliness, especially for a Saturday when it’s going to be busy. My food wasn’t at hot as I like it, so it must’ve been sitting for a while in the kitchen before they called me to get my done in order.

Very friendly and kind staff. I’ve been to many different Panera Bread locations, but the food here tastes the best and the customer service is excellent. I stop by every morning, and they always greet me with big smiles it really makes my day start off great.

Every time we go through the drive thru, it is an eternity. I expect it to not be fast food pace, but it’s excessive. This morning there was one car in front of me. They obviously placed a large order at the window, not ahead in the app. Cool. They didn’t pull them forward, so my app order was ready for over 15 minutes… and then they added something at the window (receipt pointing, cash exchanged) and STILL did not pull the forward to get the orders behind them. When I got to the window 18 minutes later, they handed me a dripping cup of coffee. Visibly, obviously leaking. I was too aggravated and trying not to be a perk so I just took it and asked for extra napkins. My food is barely warm, there is coffee dripped across my lap and console, and I’m over it. I have patience for days but there was no logical reason to stack cars in the drive thru for one large order that added on at the window and then hand out cooled, dripping food. Ugh.

My wife and I have never experienced Panera bread before and we tried it on a whim because of the asiago bagel sandwiches. Unfortunately, I gotta say I was very disappointed with the amount of food you receive (of course the commercials make it look like you’re gonna eat like a king) for the cost and not to mention the staff having issues giving my wife, her tea that she asked for. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the restaurant/decor was rather forgettable.

We ordered several coffee and hot cocoa totes for a birthday party and were blown away by the amazing customer service. The manager called in the morning to make clarifications on the order and was super accommodating on pick up. They provided everything we needed and more. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

I use to come here a lot. I decided to give it a try again after driving for 6 hours. No soup in the morning which is why I stopped here. The store is extremely cold! The few people inside are hugging the fireplace and others were forced to sit outside. The cooks in the back have on thick jackets. I regret coming here now. The staff is nice and friendly though. They just won’t turn the heat up a little.

Over the last few times I’ve have Panera Bread, the broccoli cheddar soup has been really watery! I don’t know what’s going on, but there’s barely any broccoli and carrots in it. Just the crumbs or remnants of the vegetables. Other than that, the food and drinks are always great. I like this place, and will continue to go back, but can the thickness of the broccoli cheddar soup come back please, and thank you!

I eat here all the time, but it never occurred to me to write a review until now. The Panera Bread brand is a well-established business that caters to a clientele that appreciates the dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance at this branch are excellent. Although there is a self-service kiosk, I still prefer ordering from a live person. Five-star review, see you next Friday.

Something is amiss if you don’t have the bagel, that is your new menu feature. No, you were not busy at 9 am. Maybe the stats are true and Panera is not popular anymore. The employees are super nice and the restaurant was clean.

Very disappointed in my visit today.
Paid over $25 for a bread bowl that had little to no macaroni inside…no where close to filled and barely warm..when I picked it up at the window I looked up at the employees standing around in the kitchen and they turned their backs to me…lemonade was water down and did not taste like any flavor..bright spot were the cookies but my meal was not a good value or good quality
