As someone who goes out to eat a lot, KPOT is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The restaurant itself has a really cute modern and city-like aesthetic and is overall pleasant. The staff are super sweet, I’ve had Wendy and Aileen as servers and they’re extremely helpful and friendly. They’re good at explaining the process of how to order things. Wendy is so kind and recognizes people, you can tell she’s good at her job. She always goes, “Hey my friend!” and Aileen is super efficient and sweet and always checks up on us. As for the food, Lord have mercy. Its delicious. I don’t even eat meat regularly but I’m hooked on grilling the garlic pork. Every option is so fresh and tasty and is delivered to you quickly. I love it here.

It was my first time here with my friends. My birthday was on Valentines day. But couldn’t celebrate because of busy life schedule. Decided to celebrate it today with friends and it was a great experience. I love the vibe and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I want to give a shoutout to Stella. She made our experience very easy and explained how everything works. The food is top tier from the hot pot to Korean BBQ. The noodles, chicken, beef, seafood everything was good. I will deff be coming back here. Again thank you Stella.

I’ve gone here 4 times now and every time has been wonderful. The customer service is good and the staff is very nice. They have many different broth flavors and the spicy ones are the perfect level of spice. Everything is so good and fresh. You order each round of food on a ipad it is very simple and easy. They have milk and fruit teas which are a huge bonus for me. The last time I went our server Wendy was great and gave our party free tote bags! Can’t wait to go back for my birthday.

What a fun place! Perfect for date night, a night out with friends, or taking the kids. We opted for the Kpot and the BBQ and loved both. We enjoyed cooking our food in the broth and on the grill. Lots of yummy choices, including sauces, seasonings and sides. Our server, Aileen, was kind, patient and attentive. We will definitely be back.

Michelle was our server tonight and she was amazing!! Very attentive, always checked to see if we were okay or if we needed anything, kept our cups filled, and helped me with a special request. Would be delighted to have her as my server again!

Our first time here and was so much fun! Our server Ivan was super attentive and explained everything to us. The manager Riña was also fantastic and made sure to check in on us and provide pointers to my husband and I (who were clearly newbies to kPot) this would be great with a group or as a celebratory dinner. The food was also delicious, we will be back!

One of the best places I’ve gone to eat so far. Our server Wendy was amazing with explaining the process from how to order and cook our food. Always came to check up on us at regular intervals for refills or any questions we had, even brought us samples of the broth to try. The herbal broth is now my new favorite.
The food quality was great, especially the pork cheek. Another new favorite. The milk tea came in adorable buckets and were a good size. The price may seem a bit high for some but the quality of the food is there to justify it. Left full and satisfied.

Food was amazing, the pork was definitely a favorite in terms of flavor. Lots of food options, and their mussels were so meaty and tasty. Our server Drexie was super sweet, great with pre-bussing our table, and just an overall amazing server. They also had an appetizer table and an ice cream section that I thought was really cool. Drinks are super yummy as well. 10/10 dining experience will definitely be here again.

The manager, Rina, went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation, and we truly appreciated her efforts and professionalism. Our waitress, Wendy, was absolutely amazing—kind, passionate, friendly, and genuinely caring. She was attentive to all our needs and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
Everyone we encountered was pleasant and welcoming, the restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and created happy memories here. We will definitely be coming back again!!
