I just had the best experience at this Wendy’s location. The “boss lady” as she was referred to, was the most pleasant and professional I’ve experienced in along while. She up-sold me on a cookie. Thank you for being a nice employee to customers in a time of being rude is normal.

The food was really good and hot. When i paid for my food i have gave Sandra 17 dollars to put towards my payment and gave her my card to pay for the rest. I parked with my family to eat and Kristy came to the car with the 17 dollar. These lady’s are honest and very amazing. Not to many people left like them. Thank you so much and God bless you all.

The young ladies in the drive-thru were super nice and were clearly going through training, and it was the lunch rush, so I’m giving them some grace here. I mean, I could have made my own lunch that day, but I was too lazy. And they remembered the most important thing, which was no mayo on the burger. But at first, she handed me my large strawberry lemonade and shut the door, and I just sat there for a long time, waiting for my food. She opened back up the window and said, “Didn’t I already give you your order?” And I smiled and said, “Just the drink.” She then asked what I had, so I told her. They made it quite quickly, with NO mayo, and she tried to hand me a second large strawberry lemonade, which I giggled and held up the first. In retrospect, perhaps I should have taken the second, as it came with a straw, and my first one did not, and I was on my lunchbreak from work, so I had to get creative… Overall, someone else made me lunch, it tasted good, it was cheap, fast, and I have no real right to complain. Keep your heads up when customers give you a hard time, girls. You’ll be running that place like a well-oiled machine in no time!

I ordered my order to be delivered. I ordered at 4:56 pm 3647 State Ave store. I ordered a Cobb salad which has several different protein on it. They sent me an Apple pecan that only had chicken, apples no pecans. I have called the proper Wendy’s store over and over as you will see on my receipt. They have an answer machine asking for one’s access code. I did not have one. The phone keeps hanging up on me. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me. So it is now 6:23pm almost 2 hours later. I ordered in plenty of time. I am diabetic and my sugar is too low. What they delivered is not near enough protein for me to have. I telephoned the door dash people and all they were trying to do was return my money. There is always something wrong when I try to use them. They are not professional at all but they always get their money. No one has ever answered the phone. Please get back to me asap.

36 dollar order no special changes, ordered the number 8 get it with spicy chicken. I just really was looking forward to a cheeseburger not a chicken and cheese and I’m not sure how they didn’t double check after they parked us so they didn’t run their time up. Eating it still either way just double check your order before leaving great food otherwise.

I want talking to my other half that she thought I was talking to her. Budding in where she is not being spoken too.
The team memento should have just got a manager not tell your paying customer not to be rude next time and when I ask for manager she said back to me oh she will just tell you the same thing. When in fact she did not.

If I could give ZERO I would. Had to sit in the drive thru for 20 mins. I was okay with it until I had to pay over $20 for a meal and two value sandwiches. FOR MY FRIES TO COME OUT COLD AND UNDER COOKED. I called the store to speak with a manager I got told to hold one sec and I was place on the counter I’m assuming. After waiting on hold for ANOTHER 10 mins I had to hang up. ZERO OUT OF ZERO. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The person who handed me our food was a really nice guy. But burnt sandwiches when I assume they’re pre-made? I mean who could miss BLACK buns..?

Edit: Just went there again today (10/18/2020) to pickup my breakfast order I put in online and nobody was in the building. Whoever runs the restaurant needs to hire all new employees please.
