Really good Italian spot! The food was excellent and the service was even better, attentive and mindful without being overbearing. I started with a glass of rosé, and we shared the Uva Arrosto for the table, which was fantastic. They even brought us extra bread, which we loved.
For my main, I had the lamb ragu, absolutely delicious, rich, and full of flavor. Toward the end, they offered spoonful samples of their tiramisu, which was such a fun touch. Of course, I had to order it after tasting, and while I wished it was just a bit less sweet, it was still very good. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely come back.

Stopped here on the way to our hotel from the airport. We got in close to closing and they were so sweet and accommodating. The peach flatbread, grilled caesar salad, and pasticcio were absolutely fantastic. The rabbit gnocchi was ok, but not our favorite. Our server Lindsay was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and great at recommending fantastic food. She even have us a small tiramisu taste when we said we were too stuffed for dessert. Wish I wasn’t just visiting this area. I would come back often with service and food like that.

This place always hits the spot . Coming from Austin there were alot of Italian spots but nothing that really stood out . But here the food is really good . Definitely not what I expected to find within a small shopping center in a suburb. The regular menu is great, and they always have an amazing rotating specials selection with excellent service. Would highly recommend going out of your way for a trip to the suburbs to check this place out .

I need you to know… That this isn’t just Italian food… I NEED you to try and understand that very few Italian restaurants go to the level of commitment and pursuit of Mastery that Cattivella goes to!
I was taught to cook in an Italian restaurant 15 years ago… I manage restaurants…
And the chef here is someone that should be known to ALL who LOVE FOOD!
My service was Outstanding! The Bartender Vitalii knows everything about the menu and guided me through it like a pro!
I was ordering for me and the wife so the insight truly helped!

Ventured in for a date night with my son. The menu accommodations for youngsters are guaranteed to please. We shared the burrata and fried polenta appetizers. Entrees included handmade pasta with meatballs and a variation of their garlic olive oil pasta, adding spinach and mushrooms. Lava cake with caramel gelato was rich and creamy! Great service and knowledgeable, attentive staff. This will be my go-to, upscale Italian eatery in the neighborhood! Booking my next reservation now!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

My fiancé and I LOVE coming here. We have had Ben multiple times as our server and he is so attentive and so kind. He has always given us great recommendations and the most enjoyable service. We also always stop at the bar to say hi to our favorite bar tender in the area, Vitalli. He is so knowledgeable of both the food and cocktail menu. Vitalli is kind and authentic which makes his service second to none. Catievella’s specials are always consistently rotating and you can’t go wrong with any of their dishes. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Cheers!

We came to cattivella on the suggestion of a past client recommendation. We came for happy hour and let me tell you that this is one of the best happy hours in the city. The menu is super extensive and their wine list is to die for. The prices are super reasonable and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We spent less than $60 and walked out full after sharing calamari, a whole pizza and a bowl of pasta with two glasses of wine. I highly reccomend this place which is located in the burgeoning neighborhood of Central Park!

Their Happy Hour is misleading. I went on the Monday and they happened to have Happy Hour all day. Great! Right? Nope. The dishes on Happy Hour are both reduced in prices and reduced in portions. What’s the point really? Normally the restaurant offers Happy Hour so customers get the full size dishes for HH prices. That’s why people come during happy hour. What’s the point of paying reduced price if you’re just giving me a spoonful of sample for HH? How about just labeling your food portions into lunch/dinner portions and charge them accordingly??? I will not come back.

Still a 5-star experience even on a Wednesday night! This place was packed when we stopped in just after 5:30 and since we didn’t have a reservation they found us a spot at the chef’s counter. (Can I just tell you that is certainly not a downgrade IMO) We got to see all the beautiful pizzas being prepared up close and personal and I was giddy! We started with a grilled cesar salad and then ordered off the specials menu for the mains with frutti di mare and a ribeye pizza. Also, I’m crying inside because we just got home and I realized we left 1/2 a pizza in a takeout box on the bar near the restroom. I’ll also cry inside tomorrow at lunch time as well because I strategically saved enough for another meal Back to the meal… everything was phenomenal and then we also decided to have charbroiled oysters in lieu of dessert with no regrets. We also got seated during happy hour and had a couple drinks from that menu as well. Would we come again, absolutely and hopefully very soon.
