We had the best experience here! The food was amazing and the service was incredible. I had the new BBQ Smash burger and it was out of this world delicious! The place was very clean and the staff was so friendly. I could not believe the turn around they have had! AWESOME JOB!!!! Can’t wait to return.

We have not been to this Huddle House in years! I heard they had a new manager, so we decided to give it a try. I am SO GLAD WE DID! It was AMAZING! The food was incredible. I tried the new BBQ burger and it was delicious! The new tanglers were outstanding. My husband had the grilled chicken and it was phenomenal. We were so excited. Our server was Laken and she was the sweetest most engaging person! She made us feel like we were at a friends house having dinner. I was so happy and pleased. We have already planned to come back! I’ve let all my family and friends know about the turn around here! It is AWESOME!!!

Party of 4. 3 out of 4 plates had mistakes. The cook Jayden and server Laken were very clearly sabotaging all of Danielle’s orders. Everyone near us had the same issues. I contacted the manager. She was only concerned that I contacted her about the issues while she was off for a medical procedure. The assistant manager was Jayden the cook. Jayden was quite aggressive towards Danielle. Jayden was constantly out from behind the counter. She did not wash her hands or put on clean gloves. Obviously, Jayden should not be in charge when the manager is out. Danielle was very professional. She did her best to make sure her customers were happy. Next time manager is out, maybe put Danielle in charge.

We had the best time at this restaurant! The food was amazing, incredible service and so much happiness from everyone. Our server Kaitlin was fun and made us feel right at home. We had the most amazing experience here. I will also add that this is becoming one of the best places to eat on the weekend. So glad to see it doing so much better than it used to be.

Came in around 11 and ordered a new menu item. Literally waited 30 minutes for our food. Apparently the manager now manager Jessica was our cook. Never have an issue when the other woman is cooking. The food was horrible the wait time was horrible the only saving grace was our server. Very apologetic about the cook. Please keep her from cooking and just let her do paperwork. Put a cook that can cook in this position. Will never eat again if she is cooking. I felt so bad for the other server she was running herself to death. Never a issue with time or food until the manager is there. STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!!!!

Decided to eat at huddle house after a long day of shopping and cooking for thanksgiving. Wesley is the BEST cook in that restaurant. And the server jamirah was amazing. She stayed on top of refills and made sure we didn’t have to ask for anything tonight! Definitely will be back to see those 2 again.

We went to this location after the football game and we had an awesome time! The food was excellent and the employees were so much fun and made us all feel right at home. We can’t wait to go back. All the servers were having fun with each other and you could tell they loved their work! It was also really awesome watching them and can see they love their work! Awesome job New Albany!!!

Are server Danielle was awesome. The cook and other server sadly where rude and disgrace the cook was sabotage the server not washing hands or changing gloves and had just a rude attitude. It almost came to a fight. Not what we where looking for after 10 days no power. Came in for hot meal got cold food and wrong items on 3 out of 4 items. Called manger all she wanted to know was how we got her number didn’t sound interested in solving the problem what so ever.

Had the steak and eggs breakfast and it really hit the spot. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, not gonna lie — the taste was amazing. The eggs were cooked just right, service was friendly and quick, and the place had a nice, comfortable vibe. Great stop if you’re in the mood for a hearty breakfast
