Dear Management,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. As a frequent patron, I have historically enjoyed your food, but my visit on 02/08/2026 was unfortunately unacceptable.
I ordered a California burrito, which was primarily composed of tortilla and lacked the expected balance of ingredients. The portion of meat and fries was minimal, while the quantity of cream and avocado was disproportionate, rendering the meal unpalatable.
More concerning, however, was the treatment I received from your staff. A team member was unexpectedly hostile and raised her voice at me without provocation. This interaction was deeply uncomfortable, and given the unprofessional environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable returning to the counter to request a correction for my order. As a result, I left with an inedible meal and a significant loss of trust in your service standards.
I hope you will address these concerns with your team to ensure other loyal customers do not have a similar experience. I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be resolved.

I highly recommend this Federicos. My family and I have been customers for almost 10 years and this Federicos is the spot for really good sized mouthwatering super nachos. We absolutely love the carne asada plates and burritos. We go Tuesdays or Wednesdays before 4ish and those days our food has been excellent every time. Thank you!

Great food! Good choices, specify if you don’t want it hot and spicy. Friendly staff ready to get you what you need. They have specials, dinner is about $15. The atmosphere is clean-a converted KFC.

Order tacos, didn’t ask if I wanted soft or hard. So they give me the hard taco. Boy do I mean hard. The shell tasted like they were old. Was very disappointed. Yes they asked if I wanted to bring them back. But it was during rush hour in Rio Rancho and by the time I take them back it was going to take about 40 minutes. Never again

This used to be one of my favourite places. In the last year or so things have changed. They charge too much, their hours are not consistent to what they advertise, they don’t accept UberEats anymore, and overall, their service has gone down. I hope they work to get back to standards and service they used to have.
