I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. As a frequent patron, I have historically enjoyed your food, but my visit on 02/08/2026 was unfortunately unacceptable.
I ordered a California burrito, which was primarily composed of tortilla and lacked the expected balance of ingredients. The portion of meat and fries was minimal, while the quantity of cream and avocado was disproportionate, rendering the meal unpalatable.
More concerning, however, was the treatment I received from your staff. A team member was unexpectedly hostile and raised her voice at me without provocation. This interaction was deeply uncomfortable, and given the unprofessional environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable returning to the counter to request a correction for my order. As a result, I left with an inedible meal and a significant loss of trust in your service standards.
I hope you will address these concerns with your team to ensure other loyal customers do not have a similar experience. I look forward to your response regarding how this matter will be resolved.
