I usually come to this BK since is 3 minutes away from home, they have me waiting for 20 minutes by the drive-thru every time that I come to this BK I don know if they don’t have enough personnel , and the personnel working there is soooo rude .. once I was so mad because of the long wait and the guy through the window was asking me to go to the front and inciting me to fight , absolutely horrible experience.
I hardly do reviews here and I’m doing it just for you to avoid this location.

I arrived at this location on foot at 6:08 AM and their lobby door was locked. According to the sign on the door, the lobby opens at 6 AM. I knocked on the door, and no one answered. I could see an employee inside, but he refused to open the door. I walked around to the drive-through to see if he would acknowledge me there and he did not. Which is understandable because I am not a person in a vehicle. So I walked back around to the front and still no acknowledgment. He was pre-making breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. So be aware if you go to this location for breakfast your food may be warm, but it is not fresh.

My food was Good, I enjoyed it. It was hot, fresh and what I ordered extra pickles. The restaurant could have been cleaner. It wasn’t dirty just the table & bathroom were not the cleanest. I was happy. However the person before me and after me were not very happy.
The lady before me said the customer service here is bad. I did tell the Lady I was doing a google review so maybe that why I was treated differently?
A man after me as I was standing there at the register he returned a burger. Which the manager lady with Blonde ombre hair took the burger back. She should have not excepted that burger, we are still in Corvid and she doesn’t know where he could have been. This the closest place to eat right across from the Hospital.
Rule #1 Never take back Returned Food.
That has exited the store. He walked out very clam, didn’t want his money or food.
He didn’t want his money back I said if you don’t take your refund I will take it. He then said ok. I said refund his Money and make his burger the right was this still have it your way burger king.
Over all I had good hot food but as a reviewer I have to give the whole story while I’m in the store.
He took the refund back to his card.

Arrived and the line at the drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside. I ordered two cheeseburgers and easily waited between 10-15 minutes. During this time, I was able to walk around the restaurant and discovered that there’s an indoor playground (I had no idea!). The place is really clean but in my opinion, the wait time was too long. I’ll come back to bring my child to the playground and when I’m not pressed for time, but I stopped in during my lunchtime and the wait took most of it up.

I was there earlier today and idk what happened but no one said anything at the speaker i sat there for a good 10 minutes. Then I drove around to the window and see if I could see anyone but I didnt it was like the crew just absconded. And then when I was leaving I saw a mini van with a person sitting in there I couldn’t tell if they worked there or not? I mean it looked like they had a fast food hat on. If they did work there it didn’t look like they were interested in working. So I drove to another one. Last time I came the service was good but idk what happened this time. Hopefully the crew eventually showed up.

4 employees were having a casual non work related conversation at the register. I just stood there until their conversation was over and someone decided to help me.
Employee cars sat in the fire lane the entire time I was there. Manager got out of one of the cars.
Place was clean and quiet. Better employees needed. Poorly ran.

First I would like to start by saying that when I entered the restaurant , they were doing a deep clean of the restrooms and playland it looked and smelled so fresh and clean. Adriana and Angelina had wonderful customer service.

11/31 5pm I ordered a burger and notice the 2 dudes making all food on metal table, no paper… nothing just metal table everything. (Was it clean ?)Cross contamination smh… someone requested replacement in drive thru due to cold sandwich, one of the “same guys ” said out loud ” microwave it”. I requested a refund. Just nasty!!!!

The wait was forever. The young lady in the drive through dropped my change to the ground then chuckled and said. “It happens”. Worst service. Went to Mc Donald’s down the street. Had my order in 2 mins and amazing customer service.
