I have been to this location several times in the past. The service and food has always been mediocre. However gave it a try today and man it was like I was at a new place food was absolutely great fresh juicy CB Sliders and chicken chunks hot and fresh. I am hoping this is the new norm. 5 today for sure

Im from Missouri but originally from Richmond and my Fiancée and I are here for the week so she can experience Indiana for the first time and show her many places like Frickers.
My favorite drink is the hat trick and I wanted her to try it. We took a couple sips and I stirred my drink and saw a couple black specs floating on the bottom and I looked closer and they were bugs!!!
I told her to stop drinking it an got the waiter to take them away and was told we were getting a discount but we just got sodas and they just took the 2 cocktails off the bill and charged us the 2 sodas an just took off a couple bucks lol.
Please beware that I haven’t experienced this before at this location and have had pleasant experiences here but please check your drinks and frickers please check your bottles of liquor!!

It was my first time here. I haven’t been this disappointed in years. The food was good but the portions are so small. My boy’s kids meal was a toddler’s portion. My wife used the women bathroom, which was out of TP and the faucet was spraying all over. Service was slow and seldom. I won’t be back.

When you walk into a dimly lit restaurant, no one there to greet you, and the majority of the patrons are at the bar, and your gut is telling you to turn around and walk out, listen. But we didn’t. We committed to see this through. We chose our table. So dimly lit making it hard to even see what was on their menu, we ordered. To our surprise the jalapeno bites were hot and not too spicey. Next came our meal. There is no pride taken in their pulled pork nachos. Presentation was sorely lacking. Maybe it’s a restaurant thing, maybe it’s a location thing, I can’t say. We started to wonder if the restaurant was so dimly lit that you couldn’t see what was actually on your plate, causing you to second guess your decision. Burgers don’t come with fries, so my husband order wedges to go with his. Again, to our surprise, fresh and hot out of the fryer, just needed some salt. Overall, I gave the food a 2 star, because I think they know how to use a deep fryer. 1 Star for service and atmosphere, because the restaurant was so dimly lit it felt quite depressing and you start wondering why the waitress even works there when she’s inattentive and not very hospitable. Would NOT recommend this place if you’re wanting to try something new.

Nice atmosphere, not to loud. Food was good, but not great. Just your average pre pattied burger cooked very well done. I had a cheddar bacon burger. Bacon was bunched up on top of cheeseburger, not laid flat, it actually rolled off the burger when delivered. The bun was cool to the touch like it just came out of the cooler. A toasted bun would have been better. I also had the pickle chips and spicy ranch sauce. This was best part of the meal. Very tasty.

Trash. First and last time trying this place. I didnt feel like cooking, so we decided to try this place. Ordered a decent amount of food lots of different items $58 and some change. Well I could have and should have just made a burger at home instead of the ridiculously charred non seasoned frozen double patty monstrosity I got from here. It looked promising until I starting eating it. Nachos.. trash can make better ones at home, Mac n cheese trash, pretzel loafs 2 breadsticks that resemble pretzels and trash, chicken sliders….hope you dont want sauce of your favorite wings because you won’t get it, you’ll get more trash, curly fries…. trashcan, soggy, no seasoning, coleslaw….it wanted to be good but had so much liquid in it, it unfortunately falls into the same category as everything else, yes you guessed it the quality of the food and it’s final resting place were the same.. .TRASH. I have honestly not had food that I paid for that was this bad. I imagine there’s a “Cook” in the back with some frozen food from save a lot and a few air fryers just living his best life throwing it down back there. TRASH….TRASH….and oh yeah…TRASH!

After traveling for 9 hours (4 in pouring rain) it was a thrill to sit and enjoy our meal. Bacon blue burger and Chicken wrap with fries were perfect. But, better than that was our server Stacy! She was fun and super attentive and made our meal a wonderful experience. No requested was too small for her!

This place was Fun!!! Larissa was very nice, attentive to us when taking our order and checking on us often. The food was good, chicken wings were very crispy and the fries were too! We had fun and if in the area again we will.be back.

We had sat there around 15 minutes before being waited on. People who had arrived there before us were waited on before us. Once a waitress had come, we ordered our drinks as well as meals. The drink alone took 10 minutes to even get to the table. Once the food arrived, the meals were very disappointing. They looked way different than advertised. As well as the chicken fingers were the size of a chicken nugget. A group of people had also left because they weren’t being waited on after approximately 20 minutes. Very disappointing to see how this place has become.
