I give two stars because the cashier and server were very pleasant. But they still smiled in my face and sold me this slice. I take fault in not really checking before I left the store but how old and rubbery and dry and hard it was, they knew better. They shouldn’t have sold this to anyone. I’ve had old Little Caesars pizza that tasted better. This truly tasted and looked like the cardboard it was sitting on. Might usually be good, but this day they decided not to make a new batch and serve me trash so I definitely won’t return.

This has been my favorite place for the 7 years that I have lived here. Just walked in, the person was so masked up I couldn’t hear anything, no slices were available, and this is the third and last time. I didn’t want to wait 15 mins to pay $10 for a slice. Idk what has happened over the past year, but the pizza is not at all as good as it used to be and the service is horrible. Last time I will ever go and I used to tell everyone to try! Horrible. What a shame.

We ordered here bc there was nothing else open.
1 pizza == $32 dollars.
Unbelievable.
That said, you would assume its good right?
Wrongggg. Completely flavorless. Had to add our own salt and pepper.

It was straight-up dough and tomato sauce like I could have made at my mama’s kitchen at home if I had anything. Also no gluten free option.

Today, December 10th, 2023, was our family’s first time going to Upper Crust Pizza. We’ve been told how amazing this is, so we figured we would try it today. It was definitely not disappointing at all!! The environment, the service, and the food were outstanding! The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about it and returning for sure!! Y’all gotta try the garlic knots!! (Garlic knot picture was already half eaten.. yes, it was that yummy!!) Thank you to all of the staff. Y’all did an amazing job!! Keep up the great work!!

I’ve been a customer at this Upper Crust location for a while, and the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front counter has consistently fallen short, and it’s reached a point where I felt I needed to share.
I’ve had three separate interactions with the same front-of-house employee, again today Monday 12/8/2025 at 1 pm, and each time he been noticeably unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. He never greets customers, doesn’t make eye contact, and seems irritated when handling payments or questions. This is especially disappointing when picking up food, because a simple “hello,” “thank you,” or even neutral courtesy goes a long way in hospitality.
After multiple experiences, it’s clear this isn’t a one-off moment or someone simply having a bad day. It affects the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and does the business a disservice. I genuinely enjoy the food here, which makes the lack of basic customer service even more frustrating. I can’t imagine I’m the only one who noticed this pattern.
I hope management becomes aware of this, because strong customer service is part of what keeps people coming back. I wish there were a clearer way to contact the owners directly, since only the store’s phone number is available.

Great place to grab pizza by the slice, or order a full pie for the family! The single slices are almost the size of a small pizza by themselves! Take my advice and fold it in half to eat it! The only complaint I have is the parking is bad.

I dont eat out much, very picky about pizza. This is the best pizza I have had in years. It is a long way from my home but if I want pizza I know where we are getting it. Employees where really nice as well.

The pepperoni Calzone was acceptable. The service was welcoming yet not professional. I got the pepperoni calzone(picture attached) and it was acceptable yet I wasn’t impressed. I noticed it was soggy at the bottom. I really like the tomato sauce. The prices are above average. They also sell beer and the restaurant is clean and organize. They do have a sign outside for a special of a slice of pizza and a 20 oz drink for 8 dollars. I will recommend this restaurant and I be returning.

I gotta give this place SERIOUS props- why? Because when I was 19, THIS PLACE sold me a few slices, and to the day- I really haven’t had anything else that was good enough to top it. We’re talking like 1992. And I’ve had my share of “slices” around the country. I’m NOT surprised your restaurant is still there- that will tell you something. It was just ..EVERYTHING you want, and NOTHIN’ you don’t. Keep up the great work. It stood out.
