They have the worst customer service ever. Wait time is always long regardless of the time you go. Today it was beyond the wait time. The food was contaminated and unedible, there was hair mixed with the egg from the sandwich. Beyond disgusting. On top of that I usually ask for half lemonade half unsweet tea in a Lg size which come in a soft drink lg cup not a lg Mc Cafe cup. They argued differently and ended up giving the Mc Cafe cup. So it was a loss in my whole meal. I even stopped at another McDonalds to prove my point.

The employees really be miserable here they purposely ruin orders. They charged me for the special order out the special order receipt and sticker on each sandwich and instead of adding extra cheese like I paid for, they no cheese instead of extra. I’m on my lunch break and there isn’t enough time to go back and fix it. LAME!!!!!! And wouldn’t you know it the receipt is half printed so I can’t leave feedback or call corporate. The level of weaponized incompetence is wild.

The young lady with green vest this morning was very kind and attentive. It seems like the store is clean and well maintained. It was by far the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had. Due to recent wage hike, most of the fast food chains are running businesses understaffed, but this location seems to be managing well.

the service is genuinely really bad for dine-in, mainly because this McDonald’s is structured horribly inside unlike other McDonald’s. the wooden panel wall by the register blocks the kitchen view of the line forming at the register. There are no avaliable utensils anywhere for us customers to get for ourselves. The young Caucasian girl was the only employee that was caring and attending to customers inside (that had already been waiting alone for several minutes) as well as curb-side pick up. I rarely care about fast-food restaurants, however, the poor management here led me to notice many flaws at this location.

I had placed an order through the Mcdonalds app and instead of getting the 4 piece tenders I got a 4 piece nugget, 1 buffalo cup instead of 2 ranch cups and my burger was drenched in mayonnaise when I asked for it to be substituted with Mac sauce. I’ve called the store and Uber support 3 times each and was left unanswered.
