We were visiting from out of town and we just happened to drive past Freddy’s Frozen Custard and since I’ve never tried the ice cream before I just absolutely had to stop despite the fact that I was already full. My husband and I went in and ordered a brownie sundae and a Reese’s peanut butter shake. Both were delicious and I really liked the brownies and mine even though there weren’t a lot. I also ordered a large shoe string fry for us to share because I needed to know what the fries tasted like as well. Their ice cream was really great and creamy and the atmosphere was nice and smelled good. The customer service was great especially at the food pick up counter. We’ll be going back in July so we’ll make sure to save room to have lunch there, can’t wait to try a burger!

Went to order a concrete and both employees never greeted me and gave me dirty looks when I said I wanted to order something. Then told customers behind me that their lobby was closed and they shut down the registers. It says their hours are till 10pm if their lobby was closed then they should change their hours, very misleading, and there was customers still sitting in the lobby. I usually have good service but tonight was very disappointing. I’ve had bad service but not like this.

Visited Freddy over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Super delicious burgers and fries. Ice cream was made to order and everything was fresh. Priced right for the amount of food you get. The service was very friendly and the hot food was delivered fast. I don’t have a Freddy where I live and would go back for another treat .

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Freddy’s. Our order was incorrect, several items were missing, and we were not given any sauce at all. On top of that, the worker taking our order (name on the receipt: Kayleen) left her microphone on after finishing with us and complained that we didn’t order ahead using the app.
When we had to drive back through the line to get the missing items, she again left her microphone on and complained about us coming back around. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since we were only returning because the order was incomplete to begin with.
To make matters worse, she was also reluctant to give us our receipt when we asked for it. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse than it needed to be. I expect better customer service, especially when the errors were not on our end.

Ordered a single cheeseburger and medium drink. Was told the total would be $9.61. Had to confirm they got my order correct. Seems high priced for an average quality burger and drink.

Great fast food spot for burgers fries and milkshakes. Loved the burger pattie that was made with a chunk of beef(delish). Also I had an half vanilla half chocolate shake that also hit the spot. I have added Freddy’s to my favorite fast foods spot and I will visit them again
