If I could give more stars for service, I would. We have been in several times and every time, we have had great service. Food was great. Fresh and hot. Servers and cooks worked hard to get dishes out in a a very timely matter. In my opinion, the great staff and their hard work is a reflection on the manager as well. So great job to everyone at Chili’s. We will definitely keep returning.

My daughter and I ate at Chili’s this evening. And I have to say it was the absolute best food I’ve ever eaten. Brought home leftovers, decided to heat them up. Was shocked to find the fries just as crispy and delicious as they were when they were brought to my table. Everything is still delicious. While at the restaurant our server was super sweet and took very good care of our table. The best experience in a restaurant I’ve had in a long time.

Jamez was wonderful and attentive. Came here for my daughters bday and they showed out for us. Food was delicious, hot , and came very fast. Very affordable the restaurant was very clean and the team all helped out to make the experience amazing.

Purchased a surf and turf with veggies. The dood came out quick. The server was on fire aimed to please. The steak was wsy better than most competition and I was shocked. The shrimp was outstanding. It’s worth a 40 dollar tip to the server who made it happen.

Came on a busy Sunday. Got seated pretty quickly. Food (Triple Dipper) was excellent but the service is what made the experience! If you go, ask for Brooks!!! Excellent service, kept all drinks refilled, super friendly, fast, and attentive. Will be back because of him.

I ordered from Uber eats but called and spoke to Candace who said she was the General Manager. She told me since it was a third party order she couldn’t help me and I said I would think you’d like to see what food looks like being sent out and that the wrong food was sent which has everything to do with Chili’s and not Uber. She was uninterested
Our $100 order was wrong and chicken like cement. I wish I could upload video of the sound of chicken I have hitting on counter but you can see the pics of what I received and what they advertise. Fries were those hard pieces and about 10-12. Soup was cup not bowl sizes I ordered and paid for and spilled out. Burgers were disassembled and it was just bad all the way around.
This is very bad customer service on Managers end and I won’t be a returning Customer. I included their pics of what it should look like.

We went here on the day school let out early for winter break and let me just say, the staff did an incredible job. There was a table of what felt like 50 middle schoolers and only 2 adults (I’m definitely exaggerating on the number herebut it was the entire front of the restaurant and it was SO loud) . It was absolutely wild and I honestly feel like management should have turned them away. That’s too much strain on your servers and staff!! Not to mention when I tried to take my child to the bathroom I couldn’t even get through the walkways even after I asked one of the adults if I could get through. That’s my only complaint though, be more mindful of your staff and the other guests present because the atmosphere was definitely not it.
Given how slammed he was, our server was still very attentive and I really enjoyed interacting with him. The food was very yummy too!

Was really looking forward to lunch here on a Sunday. Not really busy while we were here, but service was still slow. However, I do have patience and this was okay and not really even the main issue. I understand being a waitress or waiter is never easy, but I felt like the communication wasn’t there from the time we got our orders placed to the time we got out the door. I was disappointed with the lack of communication on our waitresses end. We had placed a to go order mid way through eating and was expecting it to be ready by the time we had paid but that wasn’t the case. We waited about 25 mins after paying to finally get to go order. One apology. Nothing from the manager or whoever was in charge. That seemed a bit unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but it is management’s responsibility to ensure when a customer is clearly having issues that it be dealt with accordingly. Goodluck with whomever waits on you here.
