It was very nice, my husband and I took some time off and went in and sat down had a banana split. It was humongous, I ended up bringing half of it home, we should have split one, but it was really good sitting there like we were at an old time Soda fountain place. we got to talk and we enjoyed ourselves. The place was clean.People were friendly, even the guests came in.Everybody was talking to each other.It was nice. Great atmosphere, great food.Great people.nI don’t think I seen anything bad. We would do it again. Love their ice cream..

There’s no better carton ice cream, limb Braums. The prices are competitive to the other grocery store competitors regular typical ice cream they carry. I love the chocolate pecan and the cherry Bellacone and pralines ice cream. You really can’t find those flavors and combinations anywhere else. It’s definitely my go to to buy my ice cream for the week.

I really use to love braums but the service has been bad my last 2 visits at the one on republic road. I ordered a small burger to find I was only given half of a patty and on today’s visit my pancakes were not done in the center. The customer service was not very great. No greeting from the early morning crew. The young lady saw us enter the building but she chose to continue her conversation with her co worker about her personal life instead of greeting us. I had to say good morning twice before I got one back. They remade our pancakes and they were hard this time (we just threw them out). Another patron witnessed our experience and said his pancakes were the same on yesterday. Braums on republic rd pls get it together. I will be going to a different location from now on.

I love Braum’s!! However, my last few visits to the one on Republic Rd have not been great! The fries are not cooked long enough or they are cold! I always get the junior burger combo, I ask for no cheese and wanted onions on it! My visit today I ended up with cheese on my hamburger, onion slapped in it, seemingly after the fact. And my shake was not made. I ate because it was my lunch. I hope this review helps the staff do better!

This place went from one of the best in town to one of the worst. If you like quality food and amazing atmosphere look for a different restaurant. The quality of the food is so dang bad! Sausage are burned, sandwiches are served all messy. The people at the window delivering the food talk to people like there are not customers. Also incomplete and missing items from your orders. Basically a huge disappointment… Not a good way to start a day….

Customer service has gone to the way side, also they like to cheat their timing system in the drive thru and always have vehicles pull up to parking spots even when no one is behind them!! When asking me to pull forward was rude as heck!! Doubt I come back to this specific location!!

If you ask for fresh burgers they will give them to you but really if you ask they still don’t. They told me to pull forward because they were making fresh meat. I get home and had to microwave them to get the cheese to melt. These were cold and hard so why did they make me pull forward to punish me for asking for my cheese melted since the cheese is never melted. We call and spoke to Kate the manager and said she remembered the order and it shouldn’t have happened. Braums has gone downhill tremendously. I would choose another place to eat. If you don’t have enough help then close your doors.

For almost a year now I’ve been hearing my wife and in-laws rave about this place. On the way up to Springfield, MO we passed not but 3 Braum’s Ice Cream store’s. So we just had to stop and get some ice cream. I have to say, it lived up to the hype. Although we only went through the drive thru instead of going in and have the full experience. The feeling was just the same. They have amazing ice cream and sundaes. Well worth the stop if you are around any of the Braum’s locations.
