Phenomenal modern restaurant with a focus on South American flavors. Beautiful atmosphere, pleasant music, delicious food that was wonderfully plated and well portioned. Our server was attentive and friendly and the entire dining experience was flawless. This restaurant sets a good example for how others in Miami should follow. It’s elegant, fun, and tasteful. It’s pragmatic and celebratory all at once. Not flashy. I got the impression that there is a cohesive and strong team culture among the staff members. Keep up the excellent work

Chimba is all about the vibes. Warm, lively, and relaxed without trying too hard. It’s a place where you actually want to sit, eat, and enjoy the moment.
I had the octopus chicharrón, lomo saltado, and flan de dulce de leche. Everything was so delicious.
The octopus chicharrón was crispy, tender, and packed with flavor.
The lomo saltado was savory, juicy, and straight comfort food done right.
The flan de dulce de leche was smooth, creamy, and indulgent. The perfect way to end the meal.
Service was great. My server was very attentive, and the staff overall was friendly and welcoming.
I’d definitely come back. The food hits, the vibe is right, and the experience just works.

I enjoyed my visit during the Sound Tasting: Vinyl DJ & Cocktails Pairing sesh. I made a reservation for two through BucketListers in case the restaurant got full on Thursdays but it was a decent sized crowd with enough space for guests to dine. The $30 deal per guest allows you to try three cocktails/mocktails with one appetizer.
From my recollection, the three cocktails on their select menu were guava, dragonfruit, and something with cucumber and lime. I ordered the cucumber w/ lime cocktail and wasn’t too much of a fan (just my personal preference). I’m not much of a drinker so I tried their mocktails too and was recommended the Mango Mule which I found really tasty! The only letdown was the appetizer options. I chose the empanadas (chicken) but it’s literally one empanada per guest. I would’ve preferred if it were two mini empanadas to get more food in your system while drinking but to each their own.
Overall, it was still a nice way to sample their food/drink options and I loved the ambience. The artwork on the walls and decor are also a nice touch along with the friendly staff. I would visit again!

The place is super cute, food is flavorful, portions are generous and service is excellent! We had several dishes and everything was great. My favorites were beef and also mushroom empanadas, fried steak, corn, shrimp fried rice. Our waiter was super friendly and helpful. The design of the place is very cute too, with very nice bar area.

10/10 experience! Came for happy hour with my boyfriend and we were so happy we did. We wanted to try a new spot, and the happy hour menu did not disappoint. There were so many food options, and the portion sizes were amazing.
We tried a few cocktails from the happy hour menu and every single one was delicious. The food was so good we ended up ordering more—another round of the mushroom empanadas and the corn because it was that good.
On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We will definitely be back—this is officially our new favorite spot, not to mention one of the most beautiful restaurants we’ve been to.

Such a delicious experience. Our server, Diego, truly made our visit unforgettable. His service was exceptional, and every recommendation he gave us was absolutely spot-on. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the House Burger, his top suggestion, which turned out to be incredibly delicious. Diego is a solid 10/10 for his outstanding attention and guidance. Highly recommend asking for him!
