Sat in the drive thru for over 2 minutes while the other side got all the attention…and, when I FINALLY got my food the fries were RAW And the hamburger BURNT! Can anyone explain HOW this is possible when the food is on a strict timing plan to cook?! My dog wouldn’t even eat it!

Easily the worst McDonalds in town. I’m guessing they think they can get away with it because they have a PlayPlace. Curbside order took over 20 minutes and I had to go in and ask after 15 minutes before they even started it. They forgot the apple slices in my kids meals. And when I tried to leave feedback on McDonalds website the page hangs and then times out.

Planned on coming here for the past week to let our kids play at the play place, half way on our road trip with kids but got there to find out the play place was closed. Very disappointed, no sign until you got right up to the playground. Then tried to order food, multiple items were sold out. Couldn’t even place our order on the touch screen after entering everything and then had to wait in line.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your restaurant.
Firstly, the washroom was extremely dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel sick.
When I placed my order, I experienced further issues. The kiosk indicated that I would receive a medium fries and medium drink with my meal, but I was served a small fries instead, with no dipping sauce provided. On top of that, the bun of my chicken burger was burnt. The staff member at the counter also appeared disinterested and handed over my food with an unprofessional attitude.
This entire experience was very unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from McDonalds. I kindly request that you look into these matters to ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all customers. I have waste of money usd 14.10

I stop here every week in my semi so my daughter can play. the last half a dozen times they can’t seem to make my order correctly or even get it to me in a reasonable time with out it being cold. My bagel meal was brought to me twice as a stake. I order bacon like idk if these people can read English or what but it’s getting ridiculous! Won’t be stopping here anymore

Our fries are never what we order….we want a large fry not a med in a lg container!! And as far as the service there are a few really good window people but that one guy!! He will argue his mistakes and just fight like hell to not give you the correct order cause he don’t want to admit he messed up!! It’s ok everyone messes up guy!

This place seems to always need a rework. The food is either old or over cooked, the staff has a “whatever” attitude and if you’re REALLY lucky they’ll get your order right.

Hours on the door say 5:00 a.m.. Try to go inside at 6:05 a.m. and the doors are locked. Drive a truck so I cannot go through the drive-thru. Do better!
