We LOVE Jack in the box. Great burgers, affordable. I had a junior Jack, and I asked for no cheese, but they put it in anyway. My hubby ordered a Double Jack, and we got just burgers, no fries or drink. They serve an all day breakfast. My only complaint is that the 2 handicap spots were on the side where the door was looked, so you had to walk over rocks and into the restaurant.

This particular location was a major disappointment. The staff was argumentative and talking crap behind the counter about us and then continued after my wife left and I waited for the food. Understaffed I understand, but bad attitude and poor quality food isn’t a good experience.

I will never eat here the manager is rude and he will argue with you and yell at you instead of fixing the problem. If you yell at the customer first you are creating a toxic environment for customers. You can’t treat people in any kind of way. Read the other reviews. I’m not the only person that had this experience. Also the manager smoking a cigarette in the restaurant dining hall.

had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. While I was parked near the restaurant doing an oil change on my car, one of the employees suddenly started yelling at me for no reason. When I went to place an order, she was extremely rude and even said she wasn’t going to take it. On top of that, she acted unprofessional the whole time, scratching her head and showing zero respect toward a customer. This is not the kind of service anyone expects when going out to eat. Definitely needs better customer service training.
